First time client
I had wanted the Papa pal to call and confirm with my father prior to arrival, but I don’t think she did. She was a few min late, but I can understand how traffic may have been a factor. I love the idea of this service and I’d like my father to use the service again sometime.

great idea and excellent execution. Our driver Joel Sanchez called us several times before arrival, confirming our ride to the airport, providing ETA, advising of a traffic condition. He is a delightful young man and we enjoyed our trip with him. The only negative point in the Joinpapa experience was you advertising $12/per trip with the first trip free. That did not happen to us. Was there some special condition or just a ploy to get us join?..

Nice people
Nice people, but they got the wrong date down and it took me three days to get ahold of them to get the right date . Since this was very important as to myself having to be picked up after a surgical procedure it gave me a lot of anxiety. Thank God I called in advance to set up appointment, if not I would not have been picked up.

The car was a little small for my 5
The car was a little small for my 5. 11" 220 pounds with a little clutter, but the driver was very nice, responsible and very willing to help. Her intention to help me made for the best possible transportation. I am very pleased.
