I love the fact that I can call the company's number and get an actual person. The response time for emails was extremely fast. I cant speak in regards to the medication since I just started. One negative comment I will say is, they offer support about the medication and ask you to make an appointment. those appointments are NEVER available so I had to go to YouTube for diet and info.

I have been wanting see if Semaglutide/B12 would work for me and Levity made it a great experience. My prescription came in the mail as described and direction were easy to read. I can't say enough about how great it was i signed up in the comfort of my home i am very uncomfortable around people thinking there judging me. And i have lost more in my first week than i expected. I had to wait 13 days for my second prescription and that Caused me not to get my weekly shot on time, I contacted Levity 3 times about it and it wasn't resolved until the 3rd time and 11 days had passed since my payment, so I would say better communication would be a plus! *****I received a response from Levity and they were super helpful and even credited me $30 for my bad experience!*** so I have changed my rating from 3 starts to 5 stars!
