I just signed up after trying two other companies. I am thrilled at how easy it has been to navigate sign up, receive my shipment and clear instructions. I did need a little assistance on the phone and she was extremely polite and professional. Glad to be a customer of Levity.

Everything so far has been great. Easy to get started great communication fast cold shipping.

So far great! Was approved on a Sunday received prescription by Friday. You receive a vile (don't be shocked by how small it is and it will not be all the way full- but it is the correct doses for 4wks) with syringes packed into foam chest with ice packs and that is in a box. Just took my 2nd dose. Lost 3lbs in 7 days. You will not be hungry. I don't even look at food in my kitchen now 😂 just eat small meals with protein and stay hydrated. Excited to continue!

Medication works and I believe the price is great for this service (hence the 3 stars)! But my medication and my partners was not automatically refilled when it was supposed to be. I had to call in and have them refill it. So my medication did not arrive until a week after my missed dose. I will just have to make sure to call them every time I need my medication refilled with ample time for them to ship it out.

Great communication, fast service, great product. My life has changed so much for the better with this medication and it makes me happy companies like Levity are available to make this medication more accessible to help people.

One thing i will say is i didn’t need to send in any blood work and i didn’t get to speak with my doctor or anything and i did think that was a bit odd considering these are pretty important medical injections they’re selling! Despite that, everything has been great honestly! I felt comfortable purchasing because i was prescribed zepbound through my primary doctor but my insurance denied it. Easy to apply and be approved, affordable, easy to inject, great medication! I have lost 8lbs in 2 weeks so far.
