This was extremely easy. Decisions were made very quickly. The communication about the process was excellent and I never felt as though I didn't know what was going on. With the new overwhelming demand for these drugs and the ridiculous prices for them (in America), getting them from a compound pharmacy is the only thing that makes sense. I was nervous about giving myself an injection but the needle is so small I can barely feel it, and it goes in the thigh, not a vein. I tried a different service last year and they were a mess. I never heard from the doctor after I got a prescription and didn't even know if I had the right dosage. Levity has been great.

Despite advertising a compound which included B12 and monthly billing, they changed the product without notice and admitted they charge every 3 weeks. They then canceled my subscription without telling me when I asked questions(my dashboard still showed active) and finally I canceled as they didn’t fix any of the issues. Once canceled which I received email confirmation of they then tried to charge me for another month which thankfully was declined. Also they advertise coaching but when you recieve the invite to schedule there are no available appointments, so again a service advertised as part of the price but that they do not provide. This company is horrible, fraudulent, and I strongly recommend using anyone else to avoid the disaster that is levity.

It took a while to get the meds. I’m unsure when the next one will ship. I have only taken one dose. And I’m not noticing anything.
