Levity has been so easy to speak with and worked quickly. I was able to receive my first shot within 4 days of speaking with them. I am happy with the savings as well as I am paying out of pocket.

So far it’s been very smooth and I’m happy to report that the food noise in my head has stopped. I’m looking forward to my new journey thank you for being for us that our insurance won’t cover it.

Purchased the first month. The website was lack luster, didn’t give updates about my particular program . I did get progress emails on shipping. Once I received it I got emails to update my progress/check-in using a link to a form. Seemed okay until after week 3. I began to inquire and figure out the next month, but no email came and no response. I ended up chatting with a representative, they noted that the prescription hadn’t been sent and they needed to check with the provider. They would reach back out- is what they said. I waited 5 days. Nothing. Which means, I wasted a whole month for nothing, because I went past the number of days you can go without taking the shot once it’s due; and, it was crickets from Levity. The one thing that keeps me from thinking it’s a rotten scam is that they did not charge me after that first month. They honored the cancellation I set on their website once I realized I was not going to get an answer. But to date, I’ve heard nothing.

Finally, I'm losing weight with the injections. The pills for under the tongue didn't work for me. I'm happy I found Levity to help me lose weight.

I am a new user of Levity. I came from another company called Zealthy. I discontinued my care with Zealthy due to outrageous price hikes, very costly membership fees and horrible customer service. Not to mention, when I closed my account through the app and customer service, they said I was good to go. For the last few months, Zealthy has tried to debit my bank accound 107 times! Yes! 107 times at $300 per debit. They were attemping to charge me so many times, my bank thought it was fraud. I got a new card now and they werent able to take anything, thank goodness. The experience I've had with Levity is unmatched! I love the transparency! I love the diligent, honest and personal customer service! I love the constant communication! I was able to track my package almost immediately. When I tell you Levity cares, they DO!! I've been with Levity for about 6 weeks. Re-ordering is seamless and the payment schedule is wonderful. Customer service is available anytime you have a question or issue. The only thing I regret is not signing up sooner! 5,000,000,000 STARS!

Best thing I’ve ever done for myself! I’ve always lived a healthy and active lifestyle, but after having two children and approaching 40 it became harder and harder to maintain a healthy weight. It's too soon to tell, I will say I'm eating a lot less with no cracking but have not been kn it even a month yet
