Great customer service, and product.

I am almost 4 weeks into using Levity, and so far, so good. Levity provides support and answers questions. The compounding pharmacy they use in my area is a reputable company, I am relieved about that. The website was a little hard to find after I'd left their site; the address is joinlevity" not "levity".

I’ve been in other programs, and Levity makes it extremely easy. They don’t make you jump through a bunch of hooos to get your medicine. I don’t need extra support since I’ve already used GLP-1 before.

I have been using levity for 2 weeks. The process of ordering was efficient. I ordered on a Saturday and medication arrived by Wednesday. The live chat has been so nice to answer my questions at anytime. Next steps will be the 2nd month delivery. Looking forward to this journey

The medication is not strong enough to help or supress my appetite or make me feel full. I have requested a higher dose but was declined. It feels like a giant waist of money. I also have tried to get a Health Coach session but there are zero available spots. I want to talk to someone to get the dosage corrected but there are no openings in any of the months ahead... zero.
