I just received my medication yesterday. No meeting with a doctor, no instructions on how to take meds, side effects, dosage is listed as a range so I don’t actually know what dose I was prescribed, very little support and none from a qualified medical professional. I will be switching companies immediately as I believe any major medication should involve doctor consults and supervision.

I had an outstanding experience last month (my first month) with Levity, so it frustrates me to be writing this—it prompted me, though! I spent HOURS on emails that were for nothing…I had initially joined 2 different companies for semaglutide, and despite the former company having a stronger compound, I found the packaging and pricing with Levity to be superior. I relayed this, and had hoped that considering the strength deviation, and that I had been using two, that i could jump one month to the next dosing level to compensate. I was extremely clear in my emails that until I could confirm that the doctors were able to confirm what was being proposed with my dosing, and providing photos of the other companies bottle/prescription, I was keeping that checking account empty. After 4-5 more back & forths, I’m told that the doctors don’t even see the request to review the dosage before the next month’s payment is processed. But that if they didn’t get it right, they could issue a refund. Unsurprisingly, it wasn’t changed, the standard next dose was issued and mailed. I was so frustrated, but ready to give up on it, just basically have a month i wasn’t doing as well as before due to technically not increasing the dose I was taking. But, they have a discount for filing a review, which I had written a very lengthy positive one. It is processed via refund. You pay in full, then later are issued x amount. When i pressed about this refund, i was told i would not receive one. Now, it was mistaken that what I was talking about was the review related refund, but, even though they noted my dose was not fixed and apologized for that…I was given a very sharp “no” of a response for a refund, when technically, i had been told i could have a refund if it wasn’t correct. I ultimately received the review related refund, but that biting response really stuck with me. Their product is not as strong as at least the one other company I tried… If you are looking into switching from another compound pharmacy for semaglutide, please do consider the strength very well may differ..there’d no way to measure from our ends. If you are new altogether, I think you’ll be happy with Levity.

I just love this company! I'm in my third month now and I've lost 13 pounds! It may not seem like much but for me it's amazing! I'm 63 yrs old and I've had MANY issues with my back, some that had left me paralyzed on my left side, bed ridden and in a wheelchair for 2 yrs. At that point I gained 50 lbs, so I was over 200 lbs. Being a small person my whole life and never really having a weight problem made it just that much worse and I was fully dependent on my husband for nearly everything! Although my incision was from the base of my neck to my pelvis, I healed quickly and with help from my physical therapist was walking by late September. I quickly lost about 30 lbs but the last 20-25 lbs were still here and encumbered my ability to exercise and focus on my health, therefore finding Levity has been a Godsend! They are always on point anytime I've had questions they respond almost immediately! Their customer support is nothing short of amazing! All my medications have been on time. I usually recieve them about a week before I start my new dose after finishing the 4 weeks. I strongly recommend choosing Levity for your weight loss journey!!
