It is easy to sign up with this service, but it is unclear how I might get in touch with a real person if needed. In addition, there doesn’t seem to be any user records available such as previous weight or doses or conversation. Consequently, when something goes wrong in between “check in emails” once per month, I’m totally in the dark. I will probably stop using Levity because of this.
