Great experience so far, from initial sign up, to receipt of my initial prescription, I have nothing but positive things to say about Levity. In a little over a week, I’ve already lost 2 lbs., though I’m not sure that is related to the Semaglutide, as I’ve been more mindful of my meals. The positive of my Semaglutide use is that I only had a mild headache the day after the first shot and no negative reactions since.

They work diligently with you. I can’t say much, I was traveling and interrupted my treatment. Then renewed it. I lost a couple of pounds. I wish I would lose more. But their meds don’t have any side effects on me. Previously I tried another company OMG it almost killed me. I had nausea, horrible sickness. This meds are good.

The process of ordering and paying they have to a science. That part is a machine. However, every month the delivery address is incomplete and every month I have to manually chase the delivery. They make zero effort to correct it proactively. The supply chain is complex between Levity, Strive and FedEx and they could care less about fixing THEIR problem. They just continue to not take ownership and pass it back to me to deal with. I’ve never had a worse subscription experience than Levity to get the actual product. Sure it’s the cheapest but there’s a reason
