Amazing! I can tell the difference in myself with the mix that I got. Then being in a little Daily package has been perfect. I take a lot of medicine for auto immune diseases and this has made it so I feel refreshed a week and more alert daily. I can definitely tell the difference it’s totally worth the money even though it seems like a lot. Two dollars a day for myself for self-care is totally worth it. It’s easy to see easily labels I would probably even add a few more combos to see what it does for me. I would highly suggest it for anybody. Because if they are in those gel dissolve things, my stomach has a chance to absorb before my ulcerative colitis eat them up and spit them out.

After 3 days if taking the vitamins I chose, i felt a difference and on day 7, I am awake before my alarm. Thses vitamins are giving me clarity and energy boosts I never thought possible.
