I was genuinely excited to sign up for Hundred. I paid the premium price because I was looking forward to their detailed lab analysis and personalized protocol. I figured the extra cost would be worth it if it helped me really dial things in. Unfortunately, that hasn’t been my experience. They tested 100+ biomarkers, and ONE test—A1c—came back inconclusive. My thought was pretty simple: no big deal. You have results from more than 100 other biomarkers. Give me the analysis and protocol based on the data you have, and let’s move forward. But Hundred won’t release my protocol because of that one inconclusive result. Their solution? Go back and retest, which means more time and more inconvenience. That’s not something I’m interested in doing just to get access to something I’ve already paid for. With 100+ completed biomarkers, I would think there is more than enough information to provide meaningful analysis and release the AI-generated protocol, while simply noting that A1c was unavailable. I asked for a refund. They said no. So after paying a premium price, I’m left without the main thing I signed up for—the protocol—and without a refund. For me, that makes it very difficult to recommend Hundred. There are other companies offering similar comprehensive lab testing and analysis for considerably less money. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration. Lesson learned.
