Exemplary service…
Although there was some confusion about my issue, the representative was very understanding and worked immediately to resolve the issue. The service I was given was exemplary and is what every customer service representative should strive for. Working in the customer service industry this was amazing to see.

Very helpful
The NP I spoke to, Hannah, was very informative and very pleasant and easy to talk to. I got most of my questions answered. I was a bit confused as far as re-ordering medication. I signed up and paid for three month plan so does medication automatically refill or do I still need to check in in three weeks once I’ve started? I am figuring it is in case of upping dosage or to see how Iam doing in general.

The doctor was awesome
The doctor was awesome! I felt like she really knew what I was looking for and was listening to want I wanted. She took time with me, but also made the appointment as quick as possible. She was very nice and made me feel very comfortable and excited to start this journey!

The convenience of having an…
The convenience of having an appointment online as part of my treatment plan with no(no cost medication increase),additional cost. Makes joinFridays one of the best online Telehealth Companies to be a part of. I was really afraid of being scammed by all of the possible online weight management companies out here to choose from. You see so many complaints ,which made me uncertain on who to try? I made sure to do my research before I stepped out into this big world of online Telehealth Companies . The ease of the entire process was not at all what l had envisioned. It's been truly amazing experience so far. From the online appointments, medication refills and customer service are all top notch in my opinion. If you are like me unsure of how to start.
