So far this is only my second month and I had an issue with my shipping where where my medication came with two ice packs that were completely melted and the medication was warm. They tell me to file a claim with UPS and give them a clean number so they can send me out a new medication and all I get was, the medication is stable to 104°. I tried to tell them that I live in the desert and if they look up the temperature here it has been 103° everyday. And you put a box on a UPS truck at 5:00 in the morning and it's 103° out. You can't tell me that UPS truck is not hotter than that. I'm very frustrated right now because this is only my second month and they're playing games on sending me new medication.

The site is glitchy, the doctor was rude, and they cancel appointments and reschedule without telling you.

For the second time, my subscription said it was sent to the pharmacy and heard nothing for over two weeks. Had to call to get things to move along.

I’ve been trying to connect for over a week to get a refill of my medication, along with a necessary adjustment to the dosage. After rearranging several work meetings, I was finally able to schedule an appointment. During the visit, I explained the situation and the need to update my dose, only to be informed that the provider I was meeting with could not make that change and that I would need to reschedule with someone else. Unfortunately, there were no available appointments for another five days, which means I will now run out of medication entirely. I’ve been very disappointed by the lack of support and the inability to speak with someone who could help evaluate and respond to how I’ve reacted to the first prescription. This experience has been frustrating and has left me feeling unsupported at a time when timely care is critical.

I just received my Friday's Semaglutide subscription and noticed that my medication dosage was reduced without my consent or knowledge--effectively paying the same price for less. I have been a Friday's customer for one year, and between noticing over the last few months that the medication is not as effective, despite my keeping to the schedule and upping my dose early in the new year, and now receiving less medication than I requested, I am rethinking my membership. I asked customer service about the reduced medication, and they said that Fridays doctors can adjust medication as they deem necessary. The thing is that the doctor didn't say anything to me about reducing the medication from 2.5 to 2.0, and I wasn't notified by Fridays at all about the change. So, they are altering my medication without my knowledge and approval—and charging the same rate for less medication. No thank you.

I did a lot of research before I signed up for this. I paid $249 up front to have a physician review my medical history and have them write an RX for semaglutide for me. My file was reviewed within 48 hours and then the rx was sent to the pharmacy. While their customer service was great and very responsive, they really didn't give me any information about when I could expect the RX to be shipped. Part of the reason I signed up for Join Fridays was because they promised the med next day. I waited almost a week and there was no movement on my RX. I then did some more digging and found that many people wait 2 or more WEEKS to get this med from Join Fridays (even for refills). I decided to cancel because this started to seem scammy. Again, customer service was great and very responsive and canceled my plan without much pushback. They did tell me to wait until I receive the med to cancel since I wouldn't be able to get my money back, but I just had a bad feeling since they wouldn't give me an update on the actual RX.

I was with joinFriday for two months. And at first everything was fine. However, it turn into a nightmare on the third month. I wanted to switch to a different medication and did the request with plenty of time before my next billing cycle. However , it was on pending for three weeks. The only option I had was to make a new request using the same medication I was approved for. I had to called and they set me up with a meeting with a provider. The provider approved the new medication. And I thought everything was going to be okay . However, it wasn’t . I was send the wrong medication, two different doses at the same time. And when I called , they apologized and said they will fix the issue. However , I received an email that my subscription was cancel. This was the worse. It shouldn’t had been this hard .

When I first joined Friday’s I was so excited and hopeful that I had finally found a company that was all about providing a fantastic experience for their customers. The response time was quick, delivery was smooth, and I had lost 10lbs in two weeks. However, when I went for my third dose, there wasn’t enough in the vial to even fill half of my prescribed dose which was alarming to me because I still was supposed to have enough for two more shots. When I reached out I was told I’d hear back soon. I was forwarded to another department of “specialist” and was told I’d hear back soon. I didn’t. I reached out again to follow up and was given a “well reach out to you when we hear back from them. I ordered my next month because you’re supposed to after your third shot. When I checked, I had seen two approved medications in my meds tab, but still no response back. I though maybe the fixed the situation me replaced what I was missing and gave me my next dose. Three days later, after following up again — I was told that one of them was not my replacement. One was ordered by accident and the other was mine. Turns out - the system took it as a duplicate order and canceled my order. We’re now at two weeks without the meds - weight gained - and now I’m right back where I started. Then, I received this message two days ago. (On Tuesday night. It’s now Thursday night) “ We empathize with your frustration and would like to offer our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused you. ​ The designated team has reach out to us to inform us that they will follow up with a provider and will reach out to you with an update within 24 hours. Thank you for your patience and understanding.” I was hopeful I was finally going to get an answer on the missing medicine finally…. Well it’s been over 24 hours and I haven’t heard anything or gotten any response. I paid $600 for 3 months and was given only half a month of medicine to begin with. They have now prescribed my next dose, but still have yet to say anything about the half a vial I received. I would steer clear and maybe do a little more research than I did.
