I have only gotten 1 vial since I have been with them in June. And paid for all 3 months. The one that I received is damaged and was leaking. They still owe me 2 and when I have reached out to them with multiple emails and phone calls, for 3 weeks now it’s only been responds of the pharmacy is reviewing it

Really disappointed in Friday’s. After an initial 6 month order, I canceled my prescription through the app. When my credit card was charged over $1,000, I called the very next day. They told me it was not canceled properly. I pushed back, as I specifically remember canceling. In the end, despite this and the fact that I never used any of this prescription and I literally called the day after they charged my card, they would not refund any of my money. My prescription is still sitting there unfilled and I’m $1,050 out. This is alot of money to me. There are plenty of companies out there with similar prices that don’t steal your money.

Horrible. If you want quick onboarding, they do that… So quick that they don’t prescribe the correct medicine and dosages, then they don’t respond and fix the problems.

Don't waste your money. I am in my 9th month on compounded Tirzepitide and have lost 0 pounds. If I was a chemist I would test to see how much actual medication exists in each bottle....

Website is wonky, and not user friendly with very little up to date status info. Frustrating. Getting my Rx filled each month is painstakingly hard - not seamless.

I paid $300 under the impression that I would be purchasing a product, but after taking my money, the company informed me that I do not qualify to purchase anything from them. Despite this, they have refused to return my payment. It is unacceptable to charge customers for a service or product only to claim they are ineligible after the transaction has already been processed. I did not pay for them to review lab reports; I paid for a product that I never received. Because I was denied access to their store, I expect a full and immediate refund of my $300. I am sharing this experience to warn others about their billing practices and lack of customer support. $300 was intended for a product, not a consultation or administrative fee. ** Note that they explicitly disqualified you from making a purchase after they had already collected your funds. * **Unjust Enrichment:**

Do not trust this company. They auto-renew your subscription with no warning and then refuse to refund you. They took another $1050 from me even though I am well below the weight limit to continue taking GLP1s. I used them for 6 months and now want to stop taking the medication but because I canceled my membership 4 days late, they won’t do any refund at all. Find someone who cares about their customers, not preys on their mistakes.
