Watch out for JoinFridays. They like to get out of paying the labs that they order for you at Quest labs. They sent an order for my labs to my local Quest lab station via email. I had my labs drawn at the same time I had labs drawn for my PCP. Because I did not bring the hard copy of my JoinFridays lab order with me, JoinFridays is refusing to pay for the labs they ordered for me. I ended up paying the $285 that my insurance did not cover. So my JoinFridays cost for July 2025 was $644-not $359/month as advertised.

The admin side of this service is unorganized. I was marked a no show on my initial visit, because they made the mistake of not acknowledging my time zone that was clearly stated in my Appt details. This ended up in me getting rescheduled for another date. The medication hasn’t helped me drop any weight surprisingly, and I’m nearly done with the second month, so I’ll be canceling the 3 month subscription I signed up for. I eat well and workout, so unsure why I’m not losing weight. Navigating the portal is easy, but to each their own. This was my own experience, not trying to talk down on Fridays.

I was off to a great start with Friday’s finding consistent support and medication. A few months back Fridays lowered the potency of their medication but did not reduce the price of their service. So I am paying the same price for the service and receiving weaker medication. Additionally, I’ve recently encountered limitations on when they can offer the medication I’ve opted for. I’m hoping things changes or I’ll be looking for a new provider soon.

I started this journey on April 2025. I stick with there for the last five months 359×5, $1785 and I have lost 12 pounds for the last three months. I haven’t lost not even one I lost 10 pounds right at the beginning and after that nothing I start counting calories I start drinking more water and did not work for me. I have canceled my prescription on July 13. I’m done and I just wanna say thank you but for the health team, but this GLP one did not work for me and he wasn’t what I was expecting so I’m really upset about this and I understand that this is not work for everyone

This is the second company I've used for Semaglutide and I think at it's core, that's all it does medically for you. I've booked appointments with doctors just for them to not show up and mark the appointment as complete. Each time I had real concerns to bring up, looking for medical guidance on my journey. The refill process is relatively easy, the doctors just don't bother to take your feedback form into account. For a new semaglutide user that wasn't to fully understand what/how/when, I would suggest you start somewhere else. If you have a good idea of what you're doing or going to do, you could get away with this. I hope they start thinking about the consumer experience more.

Very first online appt, the provider was a no-show--no explanation. The soonest they could reschedule me was a week out. I had my appt with the provider a week later, and she was rather "short" and not friendly. I received my meds. 2nd meeting with provider to renew script; provider was courteous. I paid for my script and membership via credit card, and then a few days later, I was charged again. So, they double charged me. They reversed the double charge. I'm not thrilled with my experience with this company so far. Hopefully, my experience will improve.

Have a RN answer the phone or call you back sooner. Improve your directions so people know how much to fill the needle with.

Totally frustrated trying to get mandatory video call with a provider licensed in my state. It took 4 cancelled appts to finally connect which delayed my meds. I was without meds for 10 days which was preventable if your people would be honest and say a license provider for my state was not available instead of accusing me of missing my appt. Starting on June 15th and finally ending on successful appt on June 21st
