Overall Great Experience
Locating how to schedule an appointment can be difficult on the website. However, once an appointment is scheduled it was great. I was seen quickly, the physician gave good information and answered all of my questions. I did not feel rushed and overall had a good experience.

Provider was very thorough and listen…
Provider was very thorough and listen to concerns, addressing all possible solutions. The only improvement I would suggest for all of the providers is to process the refill request directly after the appointment because we don’t usually take the whole time allotted.

The practitioners have been wonderful…
The practitioners have been wonderful to work with. It’s easy to get and make appointments. Customer service is excellent. I took a star off because my chart seems to be difficult for the Fridays team to read. I have multiple prescriptions and whenever I call in or have appointments it always takes them a moment or two to figure it out before they can help me. This happens every single time I contact them.

Progress to date has been satisfactory.
I have utilized GLP-1 for a year, with Fridays being the third provider for my medication. I find this company to be a commendable source for medication. Their pricing is marginally more competitive than most, and the medication proves effective. I appreciate their practice of dispensing a one-month supply at a time within a six-month plan, which, in my assessment, contributes to maintaining the medication's potency. My sole concern has been occasional nausea, experienced only a couple of times and not on a weekly basis. While I had not encountered nausea with previous medications, this was manageable and readily alleviated with prescribed anti-nausea medication. In conclusion, I recommend this company for your weight loss journey. I have achieved a weight loss of over 50 pounds this year, with 9 pounds of that loss occurring in the two months I have been with Fridays.

For the most part, I appreciate being able to utilize this telehealth system.
