This company sucks. I have continued to be charged monthly despite the fact that I previously only ordered one month and said I didn’t want to continue. Been charged every month even though I have not received any medication. Tried to speak to customer service about it and they have been extremely rude.

Back in February of 2025 I prepaid for years worth of glp1. I had my consultation I was shipped my first order and everything was fine. Until August of 2026. On August 25th I requested my refill and was waiting on my order. I noticed that they had gone down again without any reason or communication with me on my dose. So I decided to have a consultation with the medical provider to discuss it. After discussing it with a medical provider, he agreed to go back up on the previous dose. I requested a cancel on the order that was sent and my provider ordered a new dose on August 26th 2026. I got many emails telling me the wrong dosage was sent already and to please throw that away when I got it and they will be sending out the correct dosage immediately. Today is September 23rd and I have never received it. It's time for me now to request another dose but I can't because I have never received the previous one. So now I have been four weeks without my glp one. I have called the customer service line twice. The first line they opened a ticket to figure out what was wrong but after about a week the ticket was canceled and said resolved. So I called again and they opened a second ticket. I get messages every day from Fridays stating the exact same things over and over. I am sure they are from an AI source or just generated randomly messages. Other than the two calls, that's the only time I have talked with a person. Everyday they tell me they have put in a request to pharmacy personnel and are waiting an update. Every day they tell me they understand and are working to resolve this. Every day they tell me they understand and it will be fixed but every day I get the same messages with no results. I have four or five months left in my prepaid glp1 plan. At this point I really have almost no hope of getting my next doses. I am completely out of my medication which I prepaid for and in at a complete loss. They said I cannot cancel because of the terms and conditions in the original purchase. However, I feel they have not kept up with their end of the bargain on original purchase. I would never purchase from them again because this has happened. I was not happy because they were decreasing my dose without discussing it with me but this is the icing on the cake. No medication. No resolution. No ongoing person to person customer service. Stay away!

I received the GLP1 vial of medication without the syringes I ordered. I notified the company and was asked to take pictures of the packaging and upload them into the messenger portal, which I did. That was over a month ago. Since then, I have received over 100 emails and messages stating Friday's is "monitoring the matter closely" and "I have submitted another follow-up to our pharmacy". No syringes have been sent. I have already cancelled the subscription and will finish out the 4 months purchased.

PSA do not EVER order anything from this company. They will take your money and make you fight to get each refill and try to change your refill amount. Seriously not worth the headache. I have to spend hours going g back and forth with these people every time I need a refill and this last one they said it was approved for the 1st and it’s the 22nd still no refill I have been completely out of the product and now I am getting messages that it’s time for another refill. We where is the one i am supposed to have from the 1st. Honestly the fulfillment center is unacceptable. I honestly do t know how they are still in business other than floating capital by making people pay upfront and then not providing what was paid for. Bad business there are soo many better options.

I have been a customer since February 2026. I would receive my medication with in 24 hours of approval. Starting in August of 2026 this all changed. I no longer receive my medication without a fight with a bot from this company. It now takes weeks to receive the medication that I paid for. They obviously changed pharmacies as the new pharmacy cannot keep up with orders. Such a disappointment as this company was dependable and reliable just 2 months ago. This is no longer the case. You will have your perscription filled whenever and it will be mailed whenever.

If anyone is starting some legal action please post on here! Keep writing to them asking to speak to a supervisor because I’m telling them my subscription timing was off since my last renewal. I even spoke to a medical professional because she was confused with the timing of my dosages. I received my second refill the beginning of August but didn’t start using it until the second week of August therefore I just finished my last dose last week and went in to request a refill and now they’re saying it is past a “21 day deadline” they’re requesting I renew my subscription of another $700 to be able to get my 3rd final refill. Like I told them these medications expire why would I request a refill prior to being able to take it? Then they say the subscription is for their services and not the medication!? I told them really… who are they trying to fool… no one pays $700 for a three month subscription of articles on health! Payment is for the medication obviously it’s not free! I have seen a medical provider once in a 7 month period they do not have my blood work, BMI or actual vitals so don’t tell me I’m paying for personal services!! The worst part is not being able to actually get a real supervisor they all keep saying we’ll elavate your issue then I get a random person “claiming” to be the supervisor apparently they have like 10 supervisors if this is real! Then all of these fake supervisors give me the same response they just tweak the verbiage to sound different.

I purchased a three-month supply of the medication and used the lowest dose for several weeks. It’s complicated because they keep trying to increase the dosage. I’ve used semaglutide before and it worked for me, but theirs didn’t. I didn’t lose any weight at all. I don’t recommend it.

I subscribed for my second 6 monts, I did it 3 weeks before I run out my last medication, they give me a lot of excuses and still i didn't received my medication I have to used the leftover from the bottle, and i try to sing in to my app and the first thing appears is you received your medication , when that still doesn't happen but they chrged me the next day...very dissatisfied.
