Edit: I was able to reach their customer service by phone and my refund was processed. I changed my rating from two star to four star. One star removed for making it difficult to register and cancel via the website. 1st-The site makes you start the registration process from scratch every time you navigate away from it, despite leaving the tab open. Although annoying, not a dealbreaker. 2nd-Despite saying you can cancel at any time, after signing on last night for the 3 month injections, I slept on it & decided to do further research before settling on my choice. I made an appointment for consultation but the earliest was 2.5 weeks away so it motivated me to keep researching. I went online, canceled my “membership” and upon doing that it informed me that the membership will end when they decide, which apparently is almost 3 months down the road despite having no consultation, no medication delivery, etc. I haven’t even been approved for treatment yet because it was less than 12 hrs from sign up. Nothing. No service, no consultation, no medication & they intend to keep my membership open, therefore my $700 for nothing. I will be reporting them if I don’t receive my refund, in full.

Things have gone pretty smoothly. I am gotten back to in a fairly quick way. I do appreciate the communication that I get.

Fridays is a great company where you get a lot for the price…support groups, self paced resources, access to dietitians, access to fitness workouts, and lab work. Providers are readily available and answer my questions thoroughly. I appreciate the support groups offered and their product selection. The main downside is the technology. It can be spotty at best. The notification process is inconsistent and contradictory. I’ll get one email saying approved and then 2 minutes layers I’ll get an email saying pending. However, I’ve never had an issue calling them directly to get support. That team has always been helpful. If the technology was better, I would have given them 5 stars. Regardless, I still recommend Fridays to friends and family.

Successful video consult and I liked the provider. She was patient and listened to me. I didn’t feel rushed.

The provider was very courteous but the program only offers a few doses now with the next lower dose from the highest 11.125mg now 8.5mg !!! Too large of a jump and will have to wean with a different program now due to this !!!!!
