Access to medication: fast, easy, great. The clinicians explanation and bed side manner: thorough, helpful. The MF bot named Alex who calls every 2 minutes after a single text is sent is absolutely freaking annoying. She asks you one question and then can't help you with anything else. No transfer to a human being. No comprehension beyond her single question (that was already asked by texts less than two minutes ago). You dont even get a chance to answer the texts before shes calling. And the platform is frustrating and flawed when scheduling additional appointments or medication requests. Everything else is good. Great resources, follow ups with video chat. Please get rid of the damn bot.

What I don't like is corresponding by email with AI. I had medication delivered to me that I was unable to take because it was set to expire before my current prescription was completed. I had no less than 15 emails back and forth with an AI that was never able to solve my issue AND made everything even more confusing. Once I actually spoke to a human being, Edgar and Sara were very helpful and they both worked to resolve the issue.

Booking appointments? Smooth as butter. Figuring out if my meds were approved or sent? That’s a mystery worthy of its own Netflix series. The app keeps me guessing like it’s playing hard to get. Love the providers—just wish the prescription process didn’t feel like decoding hieroglyphics.

Not always easy to get an online appt and my page seemed to not update and only said medication pending for a long time. Overall fine.

Poor communication for one. Not getting my medication in a timely matter. It has once come in the mail very hot.

Mostly they have been timely and prifessional, and 2/3 of my meds have been delivered promptly. However, last month, I was traveling during the window I needed to order and receive the meds. I video called, messaged, phone called and emailed, then called again. Each time I was assured that the meds would be delivered to the address where I could receive them. And then, they were mailed to my empty house. Thank goodness I had service and was able to have someone retrieve them for me, and that there was enough extra in the bottle I had that I didn't miss a dose. I think they are fine if you stay home.

No se que esta pasando con migo porque no eh bajado suficiente, inicie hace 7 meses con tirzepatide y no salgo del mismo peso inicie de talla 11, 12 y ahora tengo 9, 10 de pantalon, pero en casi 8 meses y mas de 2,000mil dolares y de 86 kilos hasta ahorita peso 82 kilos lo mas que baje es 81 kilos, ni siquiera 10 kilos eh bajado, tanto tiempo y tanto dinero qie eh gastado por tan poco peso bajado😒
