I have been a satisfied member with Fridays since January 2026, consistently receiving my monthly medication shipments on time. However, this changed at the end of August. That is when I contacted Fridays and inquired about my medication shipment for September. Despite exchanging multiple messages with various customer service representatives and calling on September 26, the responses I have received have been inconsistent and confusing. As of today, September 29, I still have not received any information regarding my medication shipment for September. Very disappointed.

Horrible company! THEY delay shipping medication for weeks and kewp saying 5-7 bussiness days they charge a ridiculous amount per month after the begginning promotion charge. Stay away. Choose any company but Fridays!!

Customer service is impossible to get a consistent answer from. After paying for 6 months of trizepatide and having a terrible provider experience and a drug reaction, I requested to change medications. I was told in order to do this I would have to pay for an all new subscription even though I had paid for a more expensive one that I only received 3 refills of. Customer service keeps going around in circles with me and will not fix their wrong doing.

Would give 0 stars if that were a possibility! Their customer service lies, their providers tell you one thing one day and the opposite another day. Can’t get a straight answer from them. Their medication doesn’t work and they aren’t interested in trying to help you find the right one. They don’t follow their own terms and conditions and overcharge you and deny they did it. Good luck if you choose this company!

I’ve had nothing but problems with this company since I joined four months ago. I can’t handle going into details again as I’ve complained on Fridays’ site and so many other review sites. DO NOT use this company.

Customer service was awful. I was told I would be contacted by the “clinical” department. I’m not sure that even exists. I wa never contacted. Ultimately, I paid for a 3 month supply and only received 2 months they were usable. Was instructed by the doctor, through Fridays Health, not to use the second month I received but it was never replaced as a result of mislabeling from the pharmacy. Customer service refused to talk to me.

Honestly the worse customer service. It practically doesn’t even exist. You’ll get the same scripted and automated messages that won’t listen to your concerns. This company can take your money without you even receiving a vial.

I’m talking to an AI bot and not getting anywhere. Ordered6 months trazepitide. Now They are just sending shipments without any consultation because supposedly they have changed how they do things. I didn’t agree to that. What if I want to increase or lower. Also I’ve moved and they are sending this next shipment to my old address. I’m supposedly speaking to customer support and they are not even acknowledging that it’s going to the wrong address. I just get an automated response saying don’t hesitate to reach out with any concerns.! I want a refund for the remainder of what I paid. Absolutely lost a customer (lol to the fake response, they never reached out. Don’t waste your money on them)
