SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!
I was excited to be getting my first round of injections. Then i found out that the provider denied my request because they said I was taking a medication that i haven't taken in almost a year. I tried to explain but still said NO! so I went to cancel my subscription and now I am getting to run a round and they don't want to give me back my $199.00 BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been charged twice for…
I have been charged twice for medication that I haven’t ordered or received. I have asked for my account to be credited and it has not happened. I have also asked for my account to not be on auto pay. That is how I got charged twice for items not received. Every time I’ve reached out no one has done what I asked for.

The website is not user-friendly
The website is not user-friendly. The communication between provides and Distributors is awful . One time it took me six weeks to get my medication. You need to make some changes.

Absolutely a nightmare my medication…
Absolutely a nightmare my medication was lost in the mail and I have yet to receive a replacement. This company is absolutely fraud.

Everything was good while they were…
Everything was good while they were using Hallandale pharmacy. I was doing great and lost about 20lbs. They switched to Link pharmacy who uses additives in their Tirzepatide. After 2 weeks on a higher dosage with the new pharmacy, I lost no weight and I was super hungry with hunger pains. I contacted JoinFridays and they just stated they had to switch pharmacies due to the issue with the FDA and compound Tirzepatide. I took the medication for 2 more weeks. 4 weeks and not 1 pound gone. I contacted them for a refund and they denied it. $289 for a medication filled with additives and did nothing for me.

Awful experience
Awful experience. I knew I was on the cusp of qualifying, although through my questionnaire I was luckily approved! I had my consultation within 24 hours to discuss medications and the NP didn’t ask anything about my history with weight struggles. She verified my height and weight and told me I don’t quality. Typically a provider wants to hear your backstory about weight etc. There was no other discussion, she was extremely cold and this was an awful experience. The people working here should be more considerate of such a sensitive subject as patients are really putting themselves into a very vulnerable and tough discussion. I left that chat more upset than I have been about the weight issues. Her exact words were “you’re overweight; but you don’t qualify”. I can’t speak on other providers but the one I encountered was really disappointing. It has nothing to do with not qualifying; but the delivery and bedside manner was awful and left me feeling worse.

Everything started out great..
Everything started out great. However when the announcement was made that Tirzepatide was taken off of shortage, they had plan changes and price changes. This would have been fine, however when it came time to pay for my prescription, I was told I needed to change plans. Not anytime in advance, so my option was to pay $60 more for the SAME medicine I was taking, or nothing. I paid for the $99 plan, saw the doctor 3 weeks later, and my prescription was held. I did NOT receive my prescription because I would not be forced to change plans due to a "change in protocol". Beware of joining this company, they can change up pricing on you in the middle of the month and KEEP YOUR PRESCRIPTION FROM YOU, and you have NO RECOURSE to get your medicine OR money back. Beware.

Huge hassle
Huge hassle! Must follow every med order to make sure that I actually receive it! I do not recommend Fridays.
