My shipment was supposed to be here 14 days ago… 14!!!! I spent $600 for the medication and monthly fee and their only answer to me is to hang tight, it’ll be another 7-10 days. Anyone that cares about their money… RUN FAR AWAY!!!

When I started with Friday’s last year, they were ok other than charging me at refill request other than the 28 day interval. Then in the last few months they have become terrible and a waste of money. They have changed their shipping so if you put your refill request in before the 28 days, they hold the medication whether you paid or not until 28th day causing your medication to come a week late. They say now it takes 3-7 days for medication to come and their solution was to buy a 3 month membership. They go in circles and confuse the crap out of you when trying to get support. The past 3 months have received my medications a week late and now this month, my payment due on 10/1 was stuck in processing and I reached out 10/1, 10/2 and 10/3 and was told it was processing and ensured there was no issue and it would processs on 10/4, I checked and now it says payment failed so I waited 3 days for it to fail after being told there was no issue so put my medication behind another 3 days on top of the week it takes now. Support got back to me confirming the payment failed but no reason why and asked me to confirm I wanted them to use the card on file to pay monthly subscription and I said yes and it went through and completed immediately. I don’t know why I had to confirm to use a saved payment method that you are required to have on file for the subscription. Now I am told that it will 7-10 business days before I receive my medication so I will be missing 2 weeks worth of injections. Why pay for something that you will repeatedly receive late??

Beware: you may be charged even if no medication is ever sent to you. In my experience, if medication is provided and you do not refill the prescription the following month, the company may still continue charging the monthly fee. I contacted Support and was told that, under the terms and conditions, I was responsible for a monthly charge of more than $350 even during a month when no medication was provided. At this price point, that makes no sense to me. This does not appear to function like a traditional membership fee—the charge seems directly tied to medication. I believe the pricing structure should be changed so customers are only charged when medication is actually prescribed and delivered.

I joined Fridays 10 months ago. I subscribed to a 12 month membership. At the time with special offers I got compound GLP-1 at about half the price of my PCP prescribed GLP-1 and the customer service was great. That all changed in late August, my prescriptions started to get filled by a sketchy pharmacy and my last refill request was no longer filled in a timely manner as they had been. When I try to contact customer service I get AI generated responses. Needless to say I won't be renewing my membership, especially when name brand GLP-1s are now more competitively priced. If you read the replies you can see that it's very similar to all of Friday's replies to negative reviews, which is the same type of replies I get when try to contact them about my overdue prescription. Canned or automated replies that nobody actually read.

I’ve been with Fridays since May and something goes wrong every month but this is the second incident that has left me coming back to warn people to stay away from them. I completed my prescription refill and it was approved on September 18th, their shipping is supposed to only take a few days once the prescription is approved. It’s currently October 1st and I am still without medication. I’ve missed my doses because of their inability to fulfill orders on time and they had no options for a resolution other than their terrible customer service “agents” giving the same canned responses and “escalating” the issue. The last vial I received was in August, and I paid up front for 6 months. They told me they won’t provide a refund for the months that I haven’t received anything because when you sign up and are approved, you pay for their garbage app and and services regardless of if they send you any medication or not. SUCH A SCAM. Not even the worst part, though. Because I wasn’t getting anywhere with Fridays support, I contacted the pharmacy directly to see what was going on. I was able to connect with a pharmacist right away, they located the prescription and hours after the phone call I received a shipping notification that it would be there the next day. During that call, they informed me they NEVER received any additional contact from Fridays after I was told by a Fridays physician that they were going to reach out to the pharmacy and by different agents that they were going to escalate the issue. So if you’re not paying for medication, you’re apparently not paying for any service because they’re not providing anything, not sure what it is that they provide and charge you for. The fact that they can put people on medication and then allow them to miss doses and go off their plan because they’re unable to operate like a proper company is such an awful experience and honestly does not feel safe. To be put on a treatment plan with a prescriber and then have no confidence that they’ll actually be able to fulfill your treatment? After you’ve already paid them for it? Run away.

Don't send these people a nickel. I did a 1 time order 3 weeks ago. They sent the vile but no syringes or pads or instructions. I have contacted them many times telling them they were missing. They have done nothing. Just excuses and that they are investigating. Now when I email them I get the same form letter reply telling me their working on it. Then I ask for a refund. They won't do it so now I will have to force the refund thru my CC provider. What a joke. LOOK at their response below. Now it's my fault they can't complete the order. I did contact them directly many times. And they want me to do it again.........So they can jerk me around for another 3 weeks and get past the CC's 30 day window to dispute the charges. NO

Very disappointing experience with Join Fridays. My biggest concern is the poor customer service and the lack of communication between the healthcare team and customer service. When you have questions or concerns about your treatment, you should receive clear and consistent guidance. Instead, I felt like I was being passed from one person to another without anyone taking responsibility for my concerns. For a healthcare service, I expected much better communication, follow-up, and support. Unfortunately, this experience has left me disappointed and without confidence in the level of care provided

Orders used to arrive on time, but they are now experiencing "difficulty"fulfilling orders. Ordered medication on September 16, order has not shipped and no rectification proposed today on September 29. No clear answers just told the wait until tomorrow when it has been 10 business days. Unwilling to discuss alternative options.
