Very bad experience,
Very bad experience, I was already takingTirzepatide at an endocrinologist Clinic and losing 10 pounds before I switched to Fridays trying to save a little money and as soon as I started Fridays medication I started to gain weight, at the end of the 1st month I gained 8 pounds back, Very disappointed and heartbroken, I loose money, time and the money I invested before on the endocrinologist because I gained those pounds back, My advice is to think it twice before you want to save a little, in the long run you will loose a lot of money. I asked Fridays to give me a refund and they denied it. Very bad experience

I signed up and got my first month
I signed up and got my first month. Then the day of my free provider appt they sent me a link to add my card for the monthly $99 membership. Thought there was no membership fees?? That's what they market over and over. When I tried to talk to cs about it they avoided it and never gave me an explanation. Horrible to not be truthful with your customers. I let them know I wouldn't be ordering anymore and they canceled my subscription which locks me out of the app now but I paid for the month of service. Horrible

No response and confusing /conflicting information
Hello, I was thrilled to sign up. I chose the three month option yet was charged the one month. My funds were taken immediately with little further instruction. I plan to pay without insurance, yet asking for insurance card? I have no information on shipping, and no one responds in the chat regarding the fact that I chose three or as to when shipping will occur.

Not the product I paid for
Was told that I couldn't get one product and had to pay for a higher product but the higher paid product didn't get sent. The less expensive one did, so I'm not sure what I paid extra money for and have yet to get an explanation

Bait and Switch
I was on Tirezepatide with another provider and switched to Friday's because they offered a higher dosage. I was told by customer service that if I provide evidence of my prior dosage and it has been less than two weeks since my last dosage, the doctor can increase the dosage. I met with the provider who agreed that I qualify for the 5mg dosage and even advised how to administer it since I'm jumping from 3mg to 5mg. When I reviewed my order it was for the 2.5mg dosage. It took multiple inquiries to Fridays who finally responded that this was what was recommended by the provider. I call BS on that. I asked for another call with the same provider. They refused. While they did refund my money when I called them out, it still does not change that they attempted to lure me in to the lower dosage and then (maybe) up my dosage after 30 days? Who knows since anything they say cannot be believed. What a waste of my time.

I order cancel today called several…
I order cancel today called several times and email in beginning customer service will answer right away once I called to cancel no one would pick up my call had to call the Spanish phone number Andrea help me a lot still getting emails from fedex that my medication is coming received emails all ready telling me that they are sorry I cancel my subscription Andrea promise me everything was cancel and I will get my money back it’s such an unprofessional unorganized company never again I would not recommend this company to anyone if I don’t get credit next week I will call the BBB next

Friday’s health is out of tirzepatide but continues to take consumers money
As far as the meds go, they help and it’s an amazing thing however Fridays health website is a joke, I’ve been approved for my meds since the 6th and my card was charged however, today the 14 still no update on tracking, i believe that they are out of the meds but due to greed they keep selling the meds and sending the pharmacy the prescription and that’s not okay!!!!! I would never ever recommend them to anyone ever agaib
