I’m not sure if they are getting too big, only care about compound patients or what happened but the customer service message response is nonexistent, I never have same provider or have a way of contacting, my refill to pharm(again branded) has been delayed every month since November requiring multiple messages and calls when messages aren’t answered. If my pcp was able to handle the PA I would be cancelling immediately- I’m not sure what my 99$ is paying for except my frustration. Beware if you are going the branded route.

I’m giving them a 1 because of the ridiculous wait times to get a response in the message section, I never was able to schedule an appointment for my initial consultation after a week, then I got generic responses, I ended up asking for a refund

Hello K.
Evil people!
Everything was great for the first half of the year. Switched my subscription to a three month supply. They never shipped two months of my supply and they acknowledge that. They said because I didn’t contact them until two days after my third month would’ve expired, I am out $999. They refuse to ship the remaining two months unless I pay them all over again. I guess my money is paying for their commercials that they are advertising nowadays. You will never be able to talk to these people on the phone or find an address. They have become total scam artists. Never thought that this could happen, but it has. Everyone beware!

Unethical company committing theft.
I'm appalled at this company's lack of customer service and their absolute unwillingness to correct a problem that is no fault of mine, for which they are ultimately responsible.
I joined Fridays in March 2025 on a three month subscription plan. My three month supply of medication was received on ice within 72 hours. No issues. Then came time for my refill. I had the lab work they required done. I had a telehealth appointment with one of their doctors as required in order to get a refill. That was on May 23. The prescription was filed and the medication sent.It was the Friday before Memorial Day weekend and the doctor told me that because of the holiday, I would get my shipment on Tuesday, May 27. Despite much conflicting tracking data, I got my shipment on Monday, June 2. This gigantic box arrived for one tiny vial of medication. Inside the box was a very thick Styrofoam box for insulation. I opened that to discover one completely melted, warm to the touch ice pack. It was 100% liquid, and it was warm. The vial of medication was also warm. This medication requires refrigeration for efficacy and viability. Naturally, I was concerned about the safety of this medication and did not feel comfortable injecting it into my body given the fact that it was absolutely warm.Tracking info shows the shipment spent five days "delayed" in Dallas, TX. I looked at the weather record for Dallas for those five days. Temperatures were in the upper 80s to low 90s F. Also of note, this shipment was fulfilled by a completely different pharmacy than the first one.
So I reached out to Friday's customer service, expecting a relatively easy resolution. My expectation was that they'd either expedite shipment of a new vial
of the medication or that they'd refund my $359 dollars. I offered to send back the unopened vial at my expense so they could test it to see if it was still viable or not.
So far, my experience with their customer service process has been like other negative reviews here have relayed: a lot of run around. I've spoken to several different people who, when they couldn't solve my issue, passed me on to another or promised to have a "manager" return my call. That was Minday and I'm still awaiting that call today, Thursday, June 5. So I attempted contact through email, corresponding back and forth with a person named "Lisa," who's been no help at all, and in fact, patronizing with trite replies that "the medication really doesn't HAVE to be refrigerated, its okay for days at room temperature," and "I'm very sorry we can't issue a refund because you've already received the product." But the product isn't safe to use, had been my response, to no avail. "Lisa," too, stated she'd escalate my issue and someone would reach out. Nothing. I just don't understand how a business can operate this way. Every other time in my life that I've been shipped a defective product, I've been offered a refund or a replacement. I don't understand how this company thinks this kind of business practice is acceptable. It's abhorrent. I'd like to do business with a company that, when hearing of my issue, says, "Oh, no! We're so sorry that your medication arrived warm! Definitely don't use it! It may not be safe or effective anymore. We'll rush out a new shipment today." That is not the experience I'm having, unfortunately. What especially doesn't sit well with me is the unspoken accusation that I'm trying to get something over on the company, like a free month of the medication or something. I told them I'd be more than happy to send the questionable, UNOPENED vial back to them. Can you believe at one point, "Lisa" instructed me to send them a photo of the vial so they could "figure out what was happening." Lol. As if you can tell from a picture! No, its not cloudy or discolored. It was simply received warm.
In any event, I do not intend to let this go. I've got backed up copies of all email correspondence and will place a report with the Better Business Bureau today and plan to call my credit card company to inquire about disputing the charge. Not sure how that will go because I've never had to do that before. I have kept a copy of this review and will share it on any and every platform I can find. I don't think I have any grounds for legal action given the loss to me is a relatively small amount of money in the grand scheme of things ($359), but is a large expense for me. I'd love to connect with others who have shared this experience to explore a class action suit because this technically is theft. People are paying $359 for a product that may not be safe to use. I will seek legal advice, though I realize my chances of recovering my money are slim.
I've noticed many recent reviews around have mentioned the company's decline in these recent months in 2025. Very poor business practice for sure.

this is my first month. I haven’t lost anything yet waiting on my second vile medication so far I feel like I’ve wasted my money but I’m gonna give it at least three months to see. Let the medication kick in and I’ll let y’all know in three months.

The meds no longer work
The meds no longer work. I was the biggest fan of Join Fridays. It was a solid year the same pharmacy and weight loss. Then the last few months they randomly changed the pharmacy and the meds havent worked. I have gained weight and all food noise is back. I have tried over and over to get help but they dont. They send some silly email saying we will look into it then never email me back. My doses have been shorted, now the doses are different with no heads up or explination. They are fine taking my money even if the meds dont work. Its just sad. Small company goes big and lost the customer service.
