I started Fridays April 13th 2024 and i have lost 14 lbs 12 days later. My insurance will not cover these meds but Fridays tried to get a prior auth for me anyway with two different medications. Fridays was so easy to work with and have awnsered all my questions . After researching several facilities, they were the best one to go with due to their professionalism. I plan on staying with Fridays as long as possible

Easy to sign up and get moving through the system. Customer service is responsive. Invoicing and medication delivery is seamless.

After not getting any help from my primary doctors, it was refreshing to have Fridays actually want to help me become healthier. The customer service has gone above and beyond what I have received from other medical places. The PA team ACTUALLY completed a PA and fought for me which I cannot say happens with my normal doctor's office. I am truly glad that I decided to go with Fridays.

Fridays provides access to weight loss medications as well as a community of support. Customer service is phenomenal! There is a plethora of lifestyle coaching and information available live and in the app. I am very thankful that I found Fridays - it has changed my life!
