For me, the most important part of any organization is their customer support team and how issues are handled. Honestly, I have had a few issues come up. Fridays is a new and growing company so that is to be expected. For a hot minute, I was really concerned. When I reached out for resolution, my concerns were promptly and professionally addressed by Sina, Dr Jensen and customer support. They treated me with kindness and understanding while taking my concerns very seriously. Stuff is going to happen. I give the Friday's team 5 stars for how they resolved my issues. I felt cared for, reassured, validated, and safe. This is a new journey for me and I feel I am in good hands. The support they offer is great. Getting the medication is seamless. I have had great results with the compounds. If you choose Fridays, you will have made a good choice where you will be cared for, your needs addressed, and well supported.

First of all, is the feeling that Fridays staff really care and are there to help, they are persistent with the process for insurance to approve something to help ease the price. So far is my first month but I feel that I am in good hands

I’ve really enjoyed working with Fridays since I started my membership 2 months ago. Appointments are made with ease and any time I’ve had to contact customer service, it’s been a breeze. I wasn’t on hold too long and my issues were resolved in one phone call. I also really enjoy how they have streamlined refills, it’s much quicker than waiting for an appointment.

The amazing efficiency and care that the provider and all staff showed me was above and beyond. I ran into several snags, all user error, the staff worked with me and showed me patience.

I was nervous before my first appointment and Trisha made me feel very at ease. She was very informative and also patient with me. I would definitely recommend Fridays to friends and family who are ready to start their weight loss journey.
