I’ve been on Fridays for about 4 months now, not only have I not lost weight but I’ve gained 5 pounds that you can’t lose. The doctors don’t keep appointment times and days. And to top off my dissatisfaction with the program, the pharmacy didn’t include my complete address which caused the package to be in FedEx’s possession for 8 days without refrigeration. And now they’re just telling me I have to wait another 7 days to receive my new prescription :( I asked to expedite the overnight delivery and nothing!!! I was left exactly the same without a prescription and with a lapse of 3 weeks without medication due to this problem… which I didn’t cause. I wish they care more seriously my situación .. I will not be recommending fryday’s to any one ..

This month with join fridays, I never received my medication and I called customer several times saying that they’re expediting my order so I didn’t miss a dose but it was never expedited , it has taken over three weeks to get my medication so I did miss miss the dose…it is supposed to arrive today

Terrible! From everything I’ve read the beginning dosage should be 25 units. Of course they’re going to start in lower to make their money. I was OK with that until I received my first file and when I went to take my last dose of the vile, I was shorted and did not have enough to even inject for the last week. I called right away they asked for pictures. I asked how much I was taking, I answered everything and provided photos of what they asked for. They told me someone from the medication team would get back to me, never happened. I jumped on again messaged again, and 10 days later I got an answer from their certified medical assistant, who asked me for pictures of the package that the medication was mailed in. Of course I didn’t keep that, and if there was evidence of spillage, I would’ve reported it when I received the medicine instead of when I went to take my last dose. All the while no one cared that I missed a dose they told me they would send me what I was shorted, they never did. Therefore, I missed an entire week never was refunded even partial of my monthly. I feel like my weight loss stalled because of this. Even when I called, the customer service agent was rude. Needless to say, I’m looking for another place to get my GLP one. Friday so far has been the most affordable but trust me I’m shopping and willing to pay for accuracy and customer service.

Send me the wrong medication I request to send the prescription right since 7/5 and nothing I have spoke with several people and it seems that they don’t care I have request a call and nothing

I was charged $359 in June and another $359 in July without getting any medication. Customer service was unable to reach anyone at the pharmacy that my prescription was sent to for a status update. Customer service also didn't give me an answer when I inquired about getting a refund for the month of June since I never received my medication. It's already the 15th of July and still no medication even though I've already been charged again.

If I could give a zero I would. This company is a complete scam. They lie keep you money and then come up with excuses. I have been waiting on meds since June and called several times to be lied to. You can’t speak with anyone higher up. I will be reporting to BBB and FDA.

No call backs. No follow ups. No medicine. Already deducted the next 3 months from my account but haven't even gotten me my meds for this 3 months. Terrible communication.

Lamento mucho todo el inconveniente y la falta de claridad en la comunicación, que sin duda pudo haber sido mejor. Sin embargo, ya hemos enviado la notificación a la farmacia para que se envíe un reemplazo lo antes posible. Si tiene alguna duda o desea hablar telefónicamente con alguien, por favor indíqueme a qué hora le puedo contactar y con gusto agendo una llamada para que todo quede más claro, tanto de su parte como de la nuestra. Muchas gracias por permitirme ayudar. Le mantendré informado por este medio ante cualquier novedad!!!!!!!!!! Esto es lo que me contestan cada ves que reclamo mi pedido casi un mes y me tienen con mentiras prácticamente me robaron no me mandaron mi paquete Pero eso si el cobro fue desde el primer momento que triste la verdad no son honestos Son unos mentirosos ladrones lamentablemente 😓
