Unknown medicine, no information -not recommended!
There is no real information about the medicine. The pharmacy I received the meds from had to give up its license in PA. I didn't receive a valuable answer. So, the meds may not have had any quality control. Do definitely not recommend!

well my original order date was the…
well my original order date was the 20th, but if reordered too soon, you told me know, but then when i wait for the 20th sometimes it do0esnt ship for a week or more and i miss a dose. Lately you have decided my credit card only works on the 30th of the month which makes no sense, but because of that you held my order up so i missed a week entirely. Im actually thinking of switching unless you can explain why this has happened

Not sure!
Talking to someone knowledgeable was a bit difficult and frustrating but once I spoke with the provider and nutritionist I felt heard and got the help I needed. Now to see how customer service handles my prescription change is to be determined. Overall, my experience has been frustrating.

wrong medication prescribed
I was prescribed a different medication than initially requested and it took me 10 days to get it resolved. I was not able to get it resolved with multiple agents via messaging and the customer service number I called. I then was scheduled for a video visit and it was taken care of right away. I hope this does not keep happening in the future

Trouble with refilling
I have been using Friday's since July 2025 with great progress. Unfortunately I had to stop my subscription for a bit as I couldnt afford it at the moment. I was told numerous times I could order my medication as needed up until the last day of my current subscription. However, when trying to request a refill I've been having trouble getting them to fill it as they said I would need to pay for a new month if I wanted to refill as there was only a few days left of the current month. Now im having trouble contacting them and am getting frustrated.

So far there's good and bad
I was told to try this company by a very trusted friend, so I did. I've been with them about a month and a half now. Initially it was great. Then the confusion started. Multiple people trying to fix problems that others had already started on, or didn't understand. I'm told it all started with a new employee hitting an incorrect button. Finally, 2.5 weeks later it has (I believe) been resolved. Hoping for no further issues going forward. I am waiting to see how the next month or two go. The doctors are kind, and I'm able to get the zepbound from my own local pharmacy. So that parkt I really like.
