I joined Fridays because my PCP wrote for a GLP1 medication to help manage my Type 2 Diabetes AND to get me to a healthy weight, but she did not provide a lot of follow-up care; she just sent me on my way. I learned about Fridays via TikTok, and the community of people using their services has been helpful. They have provided me with ongoing prescriptions and a team of professionals that handles prior authorizations and movement, nutritional, and mindset coaching. Everyone I have encountered has been knowledgeable and kind and handled my questions or concerns efficiently. I love the program and have sung their praises to anyone looking to find a telehealth company for the same reasons.
