My visits with the doctor can be as in depth or high level as I want to go, and they give great advice and actually listen to my frustrations and wins. I also love that they just introduced a method for refill that bypasses the doctor's consult, for when I feel I don't need one. The process is mostly seamless and I will be utilizing it for my next refill. Additionally, Join Fridays has competitive pricing for their compounds, and, in conjunction with their services, makes them the best telehealth for compounds I've looked into and worked with. Cannot wait for the new patient portal to hit in May!!

The providers are thoughtful, the turnaround time for medications is quick, and the customer service teams go above and beyond to assist with whatever questions I have had.
