I am impressed with Join Fridays and appreciate the attention and time taken to go over my bloodwork and my options.

Explanation of the program

Their responses are always prompt, tons of extra support if you need it. I am completely satisfied with the service and have already recommended to friends!

My first was 4/25 and I had Dr. Jansen. He was nothing short of phenomenal. The thing that made me most happy was the fact that he is also practicing functional medicine and well versed in homeopathic/holistic remedies rather than just tossing pharmaceuticals at you. He takes his time and really listens to you and is very thorough. The entire Fridays platform itself is nothing short of amazing and I'm so glad to have found it. EXCELLENT customer service and big shout out to Sina who always works very diligently to ensure everyone is satisfied with their experience and if there is an issue, he will make things right with haste.

I am so grateful for Join Fridays. I travel frequently and I have not had any problems getting my meds. I send customer service a message to change my shipping address, I use Async (new ordering option) and my meds arrive in a few days. Their Customer Service agents are very helpful and professional.

I was impressed that they actually sent me for bloodwork, and their follow up is awesome. The nutrition counseling is great, and the fact that they have meetings that allow members to connect with experts and other members is great.

Great providers, quick response to any questions and concerns, and lots of resources and community. They really help educate and encourage members with lifestyle changes. No platform/providers can make everything perfect if you are working with insurance but they work very hard to advocate for you and have other options available. I switched over from another platform and I’m so glad I did! They really do care about health over profit. If you join and want success, take the time to utilize the resources they provide. I am 100% guilty of not always “reading the directions to the end before starting”. This time I did. It won’t only help aid in consistent weight loss (I follow the protein, water, etc recommendations closely and consistently) but it’s helped me re-think long term health goals and not just the potential of immediate gratification of lost lbs. My dad was a physician so I’m always thinking about how he would be evaluating healthcare providers and I feel confident in my recommendation.
