Medicine ships quickly
Medicine ships quickly, I have have a great experience so far with them. I think the refill process could be better, I was never told how to do things on their site or where to go for that stuff so I just had to figure it out as I went along. Doctors seem nice.

So far, so good!
So far, so good! The best part about Friday's is your medication arrives within days in super safe and secure packaging. I lost 10lbs after my first month on the lowest dose! Truly a blessing to have somewhere reliable to get my weightloss medication. My only reasoning for not giving 5 stars is that when I scheduled a follow up video call with my doctor, (which I thought I had to do) no one showed up... but apparently that's not necessary to receive medication so that's fine.

Great customer service
I have had a good experience so far. Sometimes it’s hard to schedule appointments through the portal but they have excellent customer service. I have found that the pharmacies vary in quality. One pharmacy they used one month shipped my items without an ice through USPS and I didn’t even know when it arrived. The other pharmacies have shipped through the fed ex or ups with tracking and packed in ice.

Inadequate communication.
***UPDATE*** Customer service reached out to me directly a couple of hours after my review and made thing right. That isn't to say that there isn't an opportunity for Fridays to improve their first line support but, they did make things right once I was able to rattle the correct chain so I am adding three stars for a 4 I would love to be writing a good review however, two months of membership fees paid, 12 days since my labs were submitted and there has been radio silence. Customer service uses canned responses and I find it highly unlikely that my concerns are being communicated past the agent that I am chatting with on the website.

Being healthy
I like that they have went the extra mile to try and fill our medicine and that we have the opinion to do compound medicine I don't like how we reorder med because it has no app for it / so u have no idea where to go

Everything is great
Everything is great, except i have to book my appt. During my visit because nothing is ever available on line.

I am so glad I found and chose Fridays…
I am so glad I found and chose Fridays it has been the perfect fit for me it’s easy to get a hold of someone via message or phone. I was so nervous in the beginning but they always come thru with reassurance when it comes to my medication or any other questions.
