I had to find a affordable alternative after my company decided our insurance would no longer cover GLP1 medications. While it's not "cheap" it is competitive and comparable to other telemedicine weight loss options. My first appointment was easy. I will say uploading the documentation was a little irritating, I had to do it multiple times then also received and email saying they would need to be uploaded but during my first visit she was able to see them. My second visit for follow up wasnt quite as smooth, the provider didnt come onto the call and I had to contact support. Customer service was on point and she assisted me with getting a provider only 30 mins after my scheduled time. The medication arrived in 2 days after the prescription was sent by FedEx. It comes in a insulated bag inside of a box with ice packs and has still been very cold when arriving. Overall, a very positive experience and I'm thankful for the easy access to providers and my medication.

Communication is great. Every time I have a question I get a response within 24hrs. Customer service is top notch. Scheduling is easy, lots of convenient times available, the physician has always been caring and listens to my concerns, provides some great feedback and give clear instructions. I have not tried the support team yet but I get weekly reminders and schedules of when these meetings are available. Overall I am satisfied with my care and appreciate having a team of people that are responsive to my questions in a timely manner.

Fridays has been great and affordable! I would recommend them to anyone who has been trying to lose weight with no luck! They will support you and are easy to reach out to if you have questions.

I Love Fridays Health! The service has been easy to use and most importantly for me, very convenient. With limited time to visit the doctor regularly, the fact I can submit lab work and review everything remotely is extremely convenient. You can speak to someone directly via video conference from your phone or computer, or you can simply submit an online form for review and reorder of medications. Their customer service has resolved shipping and reorder issues both times I called and they actually let you speak to a real person not an AI Bot. The cost are competitive with other services and their new online platform is easier to use. They have nutritionist available and support groups for anyone that wants it. I highly recommend them for your weightloss journey. Member since March 2024 and I’ve lost 50 lbs, working towards my goal of 75 lbs. JG
