I used them previously for a prescription for Tirzepatide. After that vial I was going to use my local PCP but found that I wasn't a good fit for what they prescribed me. I went back to Fridays to ask for a refill of my same (and only) thing I ordered from them. They not only sent the wrong medication but refuse to make it right by sending the correct one or issuing me a refund. Beyond frustrated to be out $359 because they refuse to take accountability for their doctors not paying attention to your notes or requests.

I paid over $400 for Semorelin and Semaglutide. I received NAD in a pouch, no ice pack or anything just NAD, when I ordered Semorelin. Better yet, it's been over a week and I still have not received the Semeglutide I ordered. I'm at a loss with this company. I've gone back and forth via email/chat. Called in and was hung up on. Now, I try to get my money back. Now they're saying it never shipped. This feels like FRAUD...i will be contacting my bank,

I signed up for a six month prescription. Everytime I try to refill it they give me an excuse why it can’t filled. I will submit the request online, then I have to email and call for over a week before I can finally get it filled. This last time I’ve given up and will just try to get my money back from my credit card company.

Dishonest and poor dosing practices. Money grab. Will keep you coming back with “schedule with a provider if you're having dosing issues” when their providers are barely able to understand proper dosing of these medications. Provider notes (according to them) were not what actually occurred. Terrible customer service. More like scripts and AI. Run don’t walk away from this company. They only want your money. I have been with Fridays since May of 2024. I have been a loyal customer of theirs until today and cancelled my subscription. They suddenly see prescription medications in their system that I do not take and emailed me about my "condition" (I do not have any health conditions). I believe they mixed my file with another patient and that is VERY concerning. They denied my refill after continuous run arounds in email with their support team. For the last several months, their customer service has gotten a little sloppy and uncaring to be honest. This is very upsetting for me but I am now looking for a new provider.

I was with this company a long time. No issues. I recently renewed my subscription. I thought I was getting 2.5 mg of trizepitide compound. When I got my medication it was 2.125 mg. I called and a provider said they decrease the medication by 17%. These medications are too expensive to be reduced 17% without being told upfront. I would look elsewhere if I was a new customer.

I was initially very excited to start Fridays. I had heard that the prices were affordable, and that the medications and consultations were included in the price. I was very disappointed when my intake "consultation" appointment entailed a 5 minute phone call with the "doctor". No video call like I had expected, and certainly not thorough. Just a 5 minute call, and the meds were on their way. Very poor patient care, and I'm glad that I chose to not stay with this company. Would NOT recommend.

This is an update to my prior review. So, I've been on Semiglutide with this company for 3 months and GAINED 2 lbs despite the constant increase in dosage. I paid $1800 ($150/month) at the beginning of this journey for a WHOLE YEAR medication. After speaking w/ an RN, she told me to switch to Tirzepatide since I had great sucess with Tirz in the past. I agreed. But this hoax of a company would only be willing to put $1053 towards my tirzepatide and said that I owe them an additional $1830. Not sure how their math works... but my calculator said $1800 - $450 (3 months at $150/mo) = $1350, NOT $1053!!. Well, they wanted to charge me $249/mo for the 3 months GLP1 I received instead of $150/mo. They kept saying "Cancelling", but I'm NOT cancelling. I'm UPGRADING! I'm willing to pay the difference of the 9 months I have left with them OR EVEN signing up for another full 12 months!! But no! It is more important for them to screw their customer out of $300 than to accept not only another $1500 I'm willing to pay to extend my contract with them (basically to 15 months). Oh Well! dumb and very unethical company. I spoke w/ a representative, a supervisor and a manager. No one has the common sense to see this is a loose loose situation for both their end and my end! The manager said "It's not because of unwillingness to do this for you, but we have to flag you as cancelling at our end" Sounds like an internal issue! If you have to show me as "cancelling" at your end, and then turn around and take $2800 from me for another 12 months of UPGRADED service... why do you penalize your customer $300 for their willingness to UPGRADE? I feel like I'm loosing my marbles! How does a company think it's a good idea to screw a measly $300 from a customer and pass up on the opportunity to receive an additional $1500 and a brand spanking new 12 months contract??? Stupid is as studid does!
