I have been a member now for a few months and I would say overall it has been very positive. Cost is reasonable and the meds are quick to arrive with all the supplies I needs. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is that at times the med professionals have been a no show for our appointment..that has been the exception not the rule however.

So far I’m loving Fridays. Delivery is so fast, they are very responsive, and let’s talk about how affordable it is!! They are helping me with dosage and want to support me in any way they can. Thank you for being a huge part of my journey, Fridays!

Love the convenience of this service and the fact I can get my meds mailed to me. I've had a couple issues where I put in fir a refill and was told I had to make an appointment and then the clinician not knowing why that was when there has been no changes, so there sometimes can be a disconnect there. But overall very satisfied and happy with this service.

Easy to access and responsive to concerns and questions. I do wish there was a bit more analysis of lab work and what to expect regarding changes. As with any medical service/health program it's incumbent on the patient to advocate for their own health and services. I would definitely recommend Fridays!

I have had an overall good experience but once the website changed I wasn't able to see any of my documents including my labs. When I requested a refill I was told needed an actual virtual consultation and the provider thought it was an initial visit because she initially couldn't see my labs. She was helpful and gave me suggestions on how to deal with side effects. Unfortunately I never received my medication. When I contacted customer service we found out my medication had been cancelled. I was required another virtual visit and told I need to submit a release from my oncologist and labs. I had to explain that labs had been done by Friday's less than 6 months ago. Again, the provider had to dig for my labs and the release. She told me to contact customer service to find out what my previous script had been cancelled but when I chatted and emailed with them they could never clearly understand my issue and gave me the wrong answers. I do feel like I get better care from the providers than I did from the local med spa provider I was previously seeing. I trust the pharmacy and the medical advise. I do wish the shipping took into consideration the heat in AZ since by the time it reaches me from Utah the ice packs are melted. Thank you Friday's!

The process has been good as well as follow up. the delivery is quick and timely. Although it would bee nice if the providers were a little more personable.
