Met or exceeded expectations
The staff is responsive to your needs & the online doctor visits are timely and efficient. With the GLP1 shortages the compounding pharmacies have been able to provide medication on a timely basis so you don’t have to delay or miss doses. They’ met or exceeded my expectations!

The best around!
Every interaction I have had with the team at join Fridays has been stellar. I am feeling good about my journey and about the support they give. Their customer service is on point. The provider that I've had is amazing and when I've had questions they get answered very quickly.

Join Friday's and Open Loop Health…
Join Friday's and Open Loop Health customer service staff always gets right back to me with answers to my questions. They helped arrange delivery of my meds so that it arrived after my vacation but before I had to travel 140 miles to my job the next day. There was a recent issue with payment (my credit union does not pay charges over the weekend and on holidays and Join Fridays did not credit my account with my automatic payment when my Credit Union sent my August 2024 payment early the next week so I had what looked like an unpaid membership fee balance when I went to order my meds last month). However, this got straightened out and I was able to order my meds and only missed one week of treatment. However, I would like to be able to specify the pharmacy I get my meds from. I prefer Hollandale Pharmacy in Florida over Red Rock Pharmacy in Utah. Otherwise, I am very happy with JoinFridays and Open Loop health.
