My experience with Fridays has been pretty much good. Only hiccup was when they changed portals all my information did not transferred, however it has been rectified. Very user friendly when requesting appointments and tracking information.

Its been great 1st month i lost 12lbs
Its been great 1st month i lost 12lbs, its was a little hard and confusing to get the refill and a little frustrating that when you contact customer service there is no way to speak to some one live, but will say the the associate that emailed me was on it and that made everythi g better

After a bumpy start
After a bumpy start, my last consultation was great! She was intune to my health problems and guided me with expertise. My medication comes securely and very well packed. I think the platform will improve with time and that would be helpful.

Love all of the support classes…
Love all of the support classes each week. The dietitian classes, mental health classes, support group, all fantastic!

So far it’s pretty good
So far it’s pretty good. I found the prices to be within my budget and the script I have is working. My only issue is that when I have a question or issue, when I message it takes a day for a response, but they do tell you that up front and I’ve always had a response within 24 hrs. Everyone including the providers have been kind and appropriate lab work was reviewed prior to moving forward, so legit practice as well. They’re up front about compounded meds and tell you which pharmacy it’s coming from. Good experience so far.

This company was recommended to me by…
This company was recommended to me by someone else. Once i uploaded my blood test results the process has been fairly simple. There are hoops to jump through sometimes but these are for my own safety. I received my medication in the mail within about five business days and we have worked from there. The process and the pricing is clearly explained on the website. Would recommend to others. Maria Campbell
