I thought returning back to Fridays…
I thought returning back to Fridays will be a good idea for me and it wasnt a good idea to go back you can never get no one to respond they always claiming they have high call volumes the doctor told me to throw away the prescription I received and she was sending me out a replacement my medication was approved then it ended up on pending call earlier so they can have it taken off and explained it was a replacement still showing the samething I warned them about using boothwyn pharmacy how they glp1s are diulated everyone has had issues with them they claim they will look into it and depart from them they still using them the phamarcy they have my meds coming from have no good reviews once I receive my medication my replacement im moving on from fridays wont return

Poor Customer Service Regarding Auto renewal
The dose of my medication wasn’t appropriate and I altered Fridays. I was told to change my plan. The auto renew triggered the old dose again, and Fridays refused to issue a credit. I immediately canceled and will go with another provider.

This is a horrible scam
This is a horrible scam. They give you only a percentage of the actual drug not enough to even do anything and then it costs you almost the same as paying out of pocket. Please do not fall for their scam. I tried to get a refund for the month that I didnt use and they denied me because I used a coupon. DO NOT BUY THEIR MEDICATION!

Very disappointed in my customer experience with Fridays
Someone told me about Fridays and how the process was easy and then to get my medication quickly, but it’s been anything but easy and the communication through the app is terrible and delayed. I did speak to a couple of nice people live on the phone, but they still weren’t able to resolve my issue of finding out the status of my prescription. I tried once and had the same issue and I tried to give it another shot and the second time was worse than the first I don’t know what is up with their customer service as it takes an entire overnight cycle for anybody to even respond if they do it all I was told that updates were sent to my email and they were not. I’m really disappointed and had hope to have a successful experience with Fridays.

A terrible company that does not care…
A terrible company that does not care about their customers. I’m still waiting for my medication yet it hasn’t even left the pharmacy. Every time I call to talk to someone it’s the same old bs and oh someone will get back to you. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your money on this crapshoot of a company.
