Great experience fast and easy.

My experience with Fridays as been nothing but excellent. I am able to get my appointments and medication in a timely matter. When I have a question or need advice I have been able to get the help I need the same day. I have been with them for 9 months now and I have lost 55 pounds and am just 15 pounds away from my goal weight!!!

I initially chose Fridays Health because my semaglutide was no longer covered by my health insurance. I continue to stay with Fridays because I am able to quickly conference with a health provider to discuss my needs, and most importantly, the customer service has been nothing short of outstanding! Each representative I’ve encountered makes the experience feel like they are sincerely taking a personal interest in my concerns. I have struggled with my weight throughout my twenties, consistently gaining about 10 pounds per year. I have been with Fridays since Dec 2023 and I love them so much! The customer support is always on top of everything and replying super quick. After my appointment each month my invoice shows up within a few hours after I pay my medication shows up usually the next day it can take up to 5 but I've never had to wait that long! I have found the medical providers to be excellent. They fully understand that obesity is a disease and thus needs to be treated not only by nutrition but with medication. I especially like the fact that they are science based and require lab panels to assist in guiding the best plan The nutritionist are exceptional.
