This whole process has been so easy and quick!! Customer service and doctors are amazing!! Notifications have been spot on for all upcoming and current notifications. I have been searching high and low to find a place to get what I need with out 500 other hoops to jump through!! I have recommended this company to everyone who asks!!

Customer service has been quick to respond with any inquiries I have had. It’s easy to request appointments with a doctor about dosages for medication. The program includes support groups which has been really helpful. The insurance team handled the pre authorization request to get the medication covered for me. This program offers a lot and with so much support I feel like I’ll be able to make my goals and be successful with my weight loss journey.

Life changing! Join Friday has been great. My medication is affordable and arrives on time. I like having the option to speak with a provider. I also like the additional classes that they offer to improve your health. I currently take trizepatide and I am on my 2nd month. I am currently down 7lbs and have not had any issues or side effects. I also appreciate the patient portal. The team is very good at responding to any questions that I have. I highly recommend joining Join Fridays.
