I filled out an application online because I was just curious of what it would be like and then I got non stop telemarketing calls. After consulting with my primary care doctor and two other surgeons I knew they recommended trying weight lose on my own since we didnt fully know the long term impacts of glp-1. After repeatedly telling various people I was no longer interested in got a call from another woman who i told the same thing. To which her reply is, "so your happy with your weight"after telling her I was no longer interested again she said "enjoy your weight!" And hung up. I imagine that if this is how they treat people who dont want their services that none of them care about your health and what's best for you, just how to make a dime off you. I wouldn't trust them the number that called me was +1 864-393-3998

All went smoothly with shipping and service for the first 5 months although I was feeling that the potency of solution might not be accurate and less concentrated than claimed. In the 4th month the shipping times got longer and longer and they still charged for another 3 months while the last dose had not been shipped for 3 weeks. I never received it 7 weeks in and with numerous phone calls and messages back and forth with them have never gotten an answer. I was able to reach out to my CC for fraud for the last charge but not able to recoup charge for last month paid for but not sent.

Different pharmacies with each shipment. Not consistent shipping times. Got one shipment 3 weeks after ordering it. Terrible customer service (obvious call centers out of the US), auto billed me without consent. Will not refund, and I have to dispute through my credit card.

This company is selling a drug that doesn't work. I did not refill my subscription and was charged anyway. They say their policy is to charge you for their service, so it doesn't matter if you canceled your prescription. Even a supervisor unhelpful, just repeating off a script. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO FRIDAYS!

I ordered tirzepitide on 5/26. Haven’t heard back from anyone. I have spoken with 2 people and sent 3 messages. Today is 5/31 and I finally heard back from someone. They can arrange a phone call on 6/4!! That is laughable! Meanwhile they got their cash on 5/26. There are soooo many ways to get tirzepitide, do not waste your time here.

BEWARE. When signing up, the fine print includes that even if you do not order a medication refill or use consultation services, they will continue to bill you every three months. When attempting to rectify this issue and cancel my account (which is still not cancelled) customer support was incredibly unhelpful and rude.

I paid $624 for medically necessary testosterone injections. I ended up switching to oral testosterone (or trying to) to try to get away from the needles. It turns out the oral testosterone was making me very nauseous, even with food. I was able to take 4 pills from the entire bottle. I asked to be put back on the injections they had originally approved me for. Instead of doing this, they sent me through an endless customer service chain, multiple provider appointments who all told me different things, and rescheduling me for multiple labs (completely unnecessary as I wasn’t able to take any of the medication, and I have already been diagnosed as low T). Long story short, I paid $624 for only 4 pills (should have been far less, but they never adjusted the price as they said they would). This was an absolutely TERRIBLE experience. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Go with a private provider who will actually help you! Furthermore, I fully expect at least a partial refund after paying all that money to receive absolutely no help!

I have used these companies before and this is by far the scammiest. My medication arrived in an envelope with no ice packs and had been in transit for 5 days from Texas. The medication was hot to the touch and when I reached out to Fridays they said they were going to replace the medication and that it should be thrown away. I received the replacement and it was the exact same way. Now they’re ghosting me and I signed up for 12 months of this medication and I can’t get anyone to answer me. I’ll have American Express handle it since they won’t. Total scam, beware.
