Customer friendly! They have their sh*t together!! 5 months in and loving Friday's!!!

I started this journey May and so far I have lost over twenty pounds. What I like about this company is the telehealth visits every 3 months to check on your progress and if any concerns with medication ,like side effects and ect. Medication arrives usually with in five days. So far I'm happy with results.

I have just started my journey with Fridays and I am impressed with the variety and depth of resources available, in addition to the meds. So far, I’ve worked with a nurse practitioner and a dietitian, both of which answered any questions I had. I’ve just started using the Sesh app to start a strength building routine. All this occurred before I even received the meds.

Really great service, very easy to use and responsive staff

Although their communication needs work, I have had a very positive experience with Fridays. I have gotten help that I need and I’ve received my medication in a timely manner. I would only suggest a specific chat helpline and maybe make the communication process more clear and easier to find. Overall I have enjoyed my experience!

Fridays is a great company overall. No hidden fees and they are always extremely communicative when needing anything. Would highly recommend!
