Beware of cancellation policy!! I attempted to cancel after rejoining. (Decided my side effects the first time were too much to endure again.) They put a hold and didn’t ship any medication, said I needed to do a video consult first. Fine. I decided to cancel before doing that. And they refused to refund me. Before even having any consult, no meds shipped either of course. My request had not even been reviewed yet. Just gross and money hungry. I need a little time to decide if I want to continue due to side effects and they made it clear they just care about money. Short sighted! I ordered one monthly of glp 1, and ordered 3 month supply of glp 1. They said I ordered 3 month supply of peptides, which I didn’t. When I spoke to the dr she discussed glp 1 not peptides. No I have to pay for something I never ordered. No phone number to discuss anything it’s all email. This place is awful! Not again

Worst peptide company ever. I purchased my first three months and every time I went to go fill out the refill the portal never worked so then I had to go through the chat then go through emails to try to get a refill scheduled, which was a massive pain to deal with. Then I ordered another three months plus another six months after doing that again constant issues with refills not only that then all of a sudden the amount that I have paid for was all over the place. One person said I had one month left. One person said something else never did I get anyone giving me direct responses I constantly got someone saying after reviewing your account I see that you have X amount of months of this peptide left it was always incorrect. I had to take screenshots of what I paid for. They treated me like I didn’t know what I was talking about then treated me like I didn’t know how to do the refills. Worst company ever worst customer service. I am still fighting with them. Still not getting direct answer still getting non-answers and basically going around in circles. Meanwhile, it’s been an entire month since I have received any of my peptides and instead of pro rating me the month that I have missed I get told we can’t change the billing. How does that make sense so because you missed a month because your system is a disaster I don’t get that month of products that I paid for because you can’t adjust the billing that doesn’t make any sense. There are plenty of other peptide companies out there that are way better stay away from Fridays.

Horrendous communication and utterly zero customer service. They move so slowly. To the point that I’ve now missed a full dosage, hence rendering my first month totally worthless. And they refuse to help - no credit, no support no explanation. They keep saying someone will call me and it’s been escalated - untrue. I do NOT recommend.

I ordered and had it approved within the subscription period, but they cancelled it before it shipped because my subscription ended. So they stole $300 from me. They make you order monthly to pad profits. Scum.

I do not recommend this site; the service is terrible. They make mistakes, and the customer is the one who has to pay. They don't resolve anything, and if you're lucky, they might actually answer you.

Duplicate accounts were set up. I talked to over 13 people handful emails and it took me three weeks to resolve the problem in order for me to get my next medication in the mail very unhappy with Fridays.

Unannounced Fulfillment Change and Unresolved Complaint I was a Fridays customer for more than a year, and my Wegovy prescription had always been sent to my local Publix pharmacy. Without notifying me, Fridays changed the fulfillment process and mailed my medication to an old address. This was not a misunderstanding. I was never informed that my medication would be shipped, never asked to verify my address, and never told that the new fulfillment process would involve additional costs. I contacted Fridays five times, three times in writing and twice by phone, and requested management escalation on three occasions. No manager contacted me. I was initially told that I missed the pharmacy’s reporting deadline and that my medication could not be replaced. I was later told that a replacement could be processed if I paid another $99 subscription fee, even though I had already paid the subscription fee for medication I did not receive. I canceled my membership because of the poor communication, failure to escalate my complaint, and refusal to correct an error caused by Fridays’ unannounced fulfillment change. After more than a year as a customer, I expected much better service. I will update this review if someone in management contacts me and resolves the complaint appropriately.
