Founder didn’t seem friendly or personable
I am new to tik tok lives and missed the part where it said no medical advice as the founder was running it. I asked a question regarding taking a medication. He corrected me, which I appreicate so I know for next time. We could’ve moved on from there. But he then seemed annoyed by and then reiterated himself twice more. I felt embarrassed. I got his point and respect it. I’ve been looking at Fridays on and off and was considering joining. But, a bad taste in my mouth honestly.

Hi Rie! I think I’m the one you’re talking about! I just popped off the live and saw this notification. First of all, I’m so sorry that I did something that made you feel embarrassed - that was not my intention and I’s like to sincerely apologize to you for that. I’ll say that while I don’t remember the specific interaction, I have a deep love for what we do here at Fridays and I’ve never felt annoyed with a question from a patient or guest in my lives before so it must have just been my face at the time! I understand if you choose to go elsewhere for your care as a result of this experience, but if I may suggest something regardless.
