Not able to schedule my follow up appointment for time frame provider requested.
Last provider call was 5 min due to earthquake in Philadelphia on April 30, which I felt a call back would have been more appropriate.

I felt like my docter rushed me
I felt like my docter rushed me . Did not want to answer my questions and did not know what compound pharmacy you use .
Not what I expected .. felt like a number .
She also ordered quest labs when I said I was sending in labs I had done 3 weeks before . I was also charged for labs and had to be credited .

Customer Service matters my honest opinion
After watching lives & research ALOT Join Friday’s was my choice along with I saw Kima in partnership with you guys, But 1st apt no show, But you guys made sure y’all worked with me to get a new apt that wasn’t so far, 2nd apt the Dr & I didn’t agree on things to at wasn’t to NO FAULT of mines, I have to be fair the co-ower reached out personally and I felt so much better after our conversation, so I decided to try again 3rd apt Dr was ok, I felted rushed when answering questions, THIS MY EXPERIENCE & OPINION) then saw that labs came out my account which I didn’t authorized YES they refunded after few emails, But I feel like if some of us don’t need many follow up Dr apt, when having their own PCP why not have that option? If we can show we are getting blood work( this for ones that’s not new to GLP1) but most of us have insurance so paying extra for labs adds to the cost which most of us trying to streamline paying OOP, Customer Service really matters to me, I’m saying this because I felt like Join Fridays wasn’t just about $,yes a company needs to make $ as they should, But a company has to realize in today’s economy & knowing insurance don’t cover most & along shortages some of us really have anxiety because we know what’s it’s like to be overweight now something is working( and I have rheumatoid this helps me so much with inflammation) but we just want to be able sign in the portal, pay then receive meds, What if we don’t have membership and then pay for medication for that month, But how can we just pause then pick up when we can, it’s hard to be able to pay $99 when you don’t have the extra $ for meds, then here comes another month pay membership but still not enough for medicine, I hope this wasn’t to long if you don’t hear it how can anyone company grow

Hi Pamela! Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed account of your experiences with Fridays. We truly appreciate your feedback as it is crucial for our growth and helps us understand where we can improve.
We're sorry to hear about the challenges you've faced, including the no-show at your first appointment and the feeling of being rushed during consultations. It’s great to hear, though, that our co-owner’s conversation provided some reassurance, and we’re glad we could address the lab charge issue promptly.
Regarding your suggestion about lab tests for patients with existing PCPs, we find this to be an insightful and valuable idea. We are continuously looking for ways to make our services more flexible and cost-effective for our members, especially in today’s economic climate.
Customer service is a top priority for us, and we want every interaction with Fridays to feel supportive and valuable, not just transactional. We understand the importance of making healthcare accessible and stress-free, particularly for those managing chronic conditions like rheumatoid arthritis.
We would love to continue this conversation and explore ways we can support your needs better. Please feel free to reach out directly at [email protected] or through our customer portal. Your input is invaluable, and we are here to make your experience as smooth and positive as possible.
Thank you again for your candid feedback and for giving us the opportunity to improve.

Intake appt
My intake appointment started 20 minutes late and it felt rushed as if she was making up for time. The doctor also didn’t look to see if brand name MJ was available in my area before automatically switching me to compound MJ. There was also no talk about insurance.

We take your concerns seriously and would like to address them directly to ensure that your needs are met and any confusion is clarified. Please reach out to us at [email protected] so we can review your case and discuss the best way forward. My appointment started about 10 minutes…
My appointment started about 10 minutes late with no acknowledgement of being late. I had rushed home to be on time. Sometimes a simple "Sorry" goes a long way.

Follow up/asynchronous
I had a follow up appointment and was unable to connect with the provider. Before said video call I tried to set up the asynchronous route but it was not allowing me to do so...so now I gotta be out a week of medication because of these issues. Other than that, response times with emails are great.

Confusing website, Nurse Practitnr was not very nice
The website is a little confusing, and after my first refill, I'm not sure if my scrip was increased or not. Will wait to see what I recv in the mail. Although my NP provided me with the necessary information, she was not kind in her delivery. She was quite matter of fact, and I did not feel comfortable asking any addtl questions..... will reach out to those on TikTok for further useful info. Would prefer a change in my NP to see if someone else would be a bit nicer, but don't feel comfortable asking for the change, bc I'm at their mercy.
