They are the worst experience, I paid for my medicine and they didn’t want to send it just because I decided I was not longer gonna continue with them. Terrible don’t use this provider

Fridays is a fraud. I paid for a 3 month subscription for 3 months of GLP1, when my subscription was set to auto renew I chatted with Fridays customer support to ask if I still could request my last dose of medication if my subscription was not active. I was told clearly “yes” you still have access and can receive you last vial of medication well after your subscription has ended. GREAT! I cancelled with plans to renew when I was ready for my next shipment. When that time came, I wasn’t able to request my medication, the Fridays chat bot assured me I still could but would escalate for resolution. Once I made it out of the chat bot I was told- “sorry for the inconvenience but our AI bot sometimes gives false information, you can not access the medication once your subscription has ended.” I’ve escalated through several (hopefully real humans at Fridays) who have all said that even though Fridays told me I could receive the medication I paid for ($300 worth) that I was out of luck. This is pure fraud, and I would not recommend them to anyone.

If I could put a negative review I would. I ordered my GLP-1 and first months were great! FedEx delivered my package incorrectly so I reached out to customer service and let them know about the issue. I had to contact FedEx and give Fridays a ticket number. It has been over two weeks and no actual customer service. No medication has been delivered there is no refund to be given. Absolutely zero customer service. Their customer service is based in another country and they provide no assistance. Horrible don’t buy!

Scammers. They pulled the bait and switch. Looked like a month trial deal for $198. Then the billing says looked like $238 with taxes and shipping. Actually billed me for $2380.00 reached out to them within 5 minutes. Sorry you can’t be refunded because you clicked you agreed to it. Complete dirtbags.

I was so excited to sign up with Fridays and signed up for 6 months. The first month went great but I am now into my second week of my second month and still have not received my medication. I have reached out via their app to the support team several times and called and spoke to a representative. Everyone keeps giving me the standard answer that they are working on it and trying to get the pharmacy to respond but I have not received any resolution. This has caused me to miss two injections with still no resolve. It is really unfortunate when this is their business model. At this point I am hoping for a refund on the 5 months I paid for and hope to continue my weight loss journey with another platform. If you cannot get your medication what good is the program? This has been such a hassle and disappointment. I wish I never signed up.

Poor customer service, no contact with a physician, asked for RX increase and they decreased from 12.5 to 5.0 without one discussion with a physician. They didn’t bother to contact me at all. Such a change I would expect a discussion, email, notes or something from the physician and I received no communication whatsoever! I had to contact them to inquire why, informed them this was not what I wanted, did not match my dr approved prescription and wanted to return the low dose that wasn’t opened and they said no. Awful. Will not use them again.

Very disappointing experience with Friday. I paid $386 upfront, and their provider ordered the wrong medication. I immediately contacted Friday, another provider corrected the prescription, but I have now spent days trying to get the issue resolved. My case has been “escalated” multiple times, including after speaking with a manager, yet I continue receiving the same responses with no actual resolution. Friday is now relying on a supposedly non-refundable policy while I am requesting proof that I was presented with and accepted those specific terms, but how I cannot get a refund even though I didn't get what I paid for???? That's crazy!!! The only think I get is AI generated responses or if I call people endless apologizing, which does not resolve the problem just keep you going on loops and buying them time. My account is now on hold/cancelled, and I am still waiting for my $386 refund for an issue I did not cause, their internal problems shouldn't be our business, and we (the consumers) CANNOT be penalize for it. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend researching Friday carefully before paying several months upfront. And most likely you will read below an AI generated response from them to contact customer services, what I have done multiple times.
