I deeply regret coming back to Fridays!!! Even though I seen the awful reviews I thought maybe it wouldn’t happen to me because my first time it was a good experience! But if you are thinking of it don’t do it! I repeat don’t do it! They asked for blood results they were provided asap yet it’s been almost a month and they still haven’t followed up! I’ve called and called and all they say they can do is to submit tickets to clinical team. 4 tickets have been submitted and all stay in progress, it absolutely ridiculous how no one can follow up!!! I’ve asked for refund but they said I agreed to the terms and conditions. So what am I suppose to do keep waiting? At this point I believe I won’t be getting any medication. They are the worst!!!! If I could rate them anything lower I would !!!

A terrible experience. I explained to them that I was coming from a previous treatment and was already on a higher dose, but they didn’t want to listen to me and made me start all over again from the lowest dose. I gained 10 lbs. It has been so frustrating. I called them and explained that I had gained weight, but they told me they couldn’t put me back on my previous dose and that I had to continue on the lower dose. To make matters worse, shipping is taking way too long—more than a week. They don’t help you understand the situation; when you speak to them on the phone, they simply repeat their rules over and over. I’ve already spent more than $700, and the only thing I’ve gotten out of this experience is an extra 10 lbs, and I’m still waiting for my medication. It feels like they don’t care about you as a patient—they only care about charging you. They don’t even offer a discount or any compensation for the delays.

Do not work with these people!! Fridays was awful in every possible way. I was going to a local provider but the distance was too great so I started with Fridays. The first month went well but the second month the compounding pharmacy changed and I was not sent the correct amount of medication and I was sent no syringes. I've tried repeatedly to get help from Fridays for a solid week and got nothing but auto-generated messages that they were working on my issue. Meanwhile, I have overpaid and received too little medication. I would never work with them again. I even had to cancel my credit card to be sure that they wouldn't charge me for another month without even having sent me enough medication for this month. Update: The email address Fridays sent me below is one I have been trying for a week now and I still get responses that my request has been escalated. I have tried to contact them by phone, through the individuals I had worked with there, and also through this address. I still continue to get the same pat responses.

AVOID AVOID AVOID Signed up for 3 month, received 2 months, 3rd month never sent! So my last receipt of any service or product was JULY 3RD! Been over 3 weeks now for approved medication, automated AI responses which seem like condescending AI harassment crap. I have filed with my bank, Department of Justice and Consumer Affairs of California! How this company stays in business and yajes money with not delivering product is HIGHLY CONCERNING! They need to be INVESTIGATED! Two guys own it under THRIVE HEALTH LLC. File similar complaints to all, they need to be shut down! BBB is rated F! SCAM/FRAUD 🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨 ITS GOING TO CATCH UP THEM SOON!!¡! I'M SURE OF IT! ***** oh look another of same response from this company. See below Even if you ever send medication its now a health risk since I would have a very large gap in medication since it would be the highest dose! The only right thing to do is REFUND! Which you refuse to do because you claim you provided a service. You took and kept my money for undelivered product. READ THE FINE PRINT WHEN YOU SIGN UP!!! You never give refunds even if pharmacy screws up order but NO WHERE DOES IT SAY IF YOU NEVER RECEIVE PRODUCT! Let me help you out, in America, ITS CALLED FRAUD!!!!!!!!!!!

Baited with a microdose program and established pharmacy and switched to full dose with unacceptable pharmacy. I signed up for the microdose program, not for the full dose weight loss program. Their website encourages that micro dosing “supports liver function, metabolism, and cellular energy without the intensity of full-dose therapies.‍It’s ideal for those who want gradual, lasting results with fewer medication-related side effects. If you're considering GLP-1 therapy but are hesitant about jumping in at full strength, microdosing could be a smart option to explore.” This is what I signed up for as I had tried the intro dose of brand name GLP1 but my reaction to it was too strong. This was discussed with the provider initially and in each refill. Suddenly, 3months later, they decide I no longer qualify for microdose due to BMI above 35. They force me onto the full dose, for which I have the predicted strong reaction to, unable to keep down any food. Provider says to stop taking the meds. At the same time I find out that, unlike the microdose pharmacy I was using, their macro dose is not from a reputable pharmacy. It has an active FDA warning letter for contamination, potency, and uninspected facilities. I ask for resolution. For weeks, all I get is AI nonsense responses saying the issue is escalated. No offer to resent medications from an appreciate pharmacy, no refund, nothing. Do not use this place.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Do NOT use them; they steal your money! I paid for 3 months up front over 3 weeks ago & still have not had my intake call or meds shipped. They claim there are no available apts in my state (NJ) & keep claiming to “escalate.” I called to cancel & get refunded & they’re refusing a refund, claiming they’re trying to find me an apt. They are thieves!!!!!

On the day of my last refill request, I reached out to confirm dosage increase and to cancel my service. That was nearly 2 weeks before the auto renewal. Even though I requested services to stop, I was charged $896 anyway. I have been contacting them via chat since yesterday and I continue to get the same auto generated responses that I agreed to terms and conditions. Yes, I did agree, BUT I also followed the terms and agreements by requesting cancelation early. I can't seem to get someone to speak with that gives more than auto responses. I just want to speak with an actual person to explain that I did cancel and was charged anyway. I was going to continue my service at a later date, but there is NO WAY I do that now with this horrible service. It was great until this. Incredibly disappointed.

There is nothing more scammy, more nickel and dimey, more useless than this company- the customer service is horrendous, their billing practices are terrible. Do not recommend. This has to be the worst experience I've had as a user of anything.
