Make sure you don’t hit pay until you’re good and ready. It’s not like most other site where you can see everything at the end. Once you hit pay you are locked in and you won’t get a refund because, “services start immediately” even if you never received any medication. Also they add extra vitamins and stuff to their medication so they can’t get in trouble for selling compounded glp1 and it messed with my body so bad. Find another company

Do NOT use this company. It took them over a month to send me just one month of medication. They then charged me for my second month before I even received my first month and refused to send my second vial of medication. They charged me $359 for a month of medication I NEVER RECEIVED. Do not use them. It's a complete scam

Absolute garbage of a company. Deceptive business practices. No product received and still auto renews subscription regardless. .

Terrible service. Medication is paid for and takes 7-10 days to receive

Friday’s Health has the absolute worst customer service that I’ve ever experienced. They charged my account $1650 for a product I am not getting and no longer want. I also did not authorize them to keep my card on file. Trying to speak to someone is impossible. It is all outsourced to other countries so you can’t even understand them. When I asked to speak to someone else, they told me the call can’t be transferred. I am 70 years old and have never encountered a business run as poorly as Friday’s Health. It is a real joke but the joke is on me because they literally stole $1650 from my account for a product I will not receive nor want. Terrible Terrible Terrible

Start up is really seamless but moving forward showed how fragmented the process is both in documentation and communication. I am really disappointed in this outcome but I had to discontinue my subscription and will try out a different service. I do not recommend Fridays Health.

Very Disappointed with Friday’s GLP-1 Program I’m extremely disappointed with Friday’s GLP-1 program. They automatically renewed my wife’s subscription without any warning or communication—no email, letter, phone call, or text letting us know the renewal was coming. We no longer need the service, yet we’re now stuck dealing with a $1,650 bill for something we didn’t intend to continue. For a healthcare-related subscription, I would expect much better communication and transparency before charging someone such a significant amount. This experience has completely changed my opinion of the company. Customers should not be surprised by a $1,650 renewal charge with no clear warning. Very frustrating and extremely disappointing.

When i first started I was prescribed a compound with B12. Unfortunately B12 causes a reaction in me. I told a provider at Fridays and they switched me to a compound without B12. Everything was fine for months, I even lost 45 pounds and I wasn’t having any reactions. Today i went to inject myself with a fresh vial they recently sent me, and i saw the color of the fluid was red when I was filling the needle. Red=B12. Check the box to make sure and yup they sent me a compound with B12! If your patient previously had a reaction to B12, and was doing fine on a compound without B12 why suddenly would you switch them back to a compound they had a reaction to? Absolutely scary. If the B12 used in these shots didn’t have a red color, i totally wouldn’t have even noticed and would have injected myself with something that would cause me harm. Extreme negligence! I contacted support who told me its not something they can help with and to schedule a video call with a provider. Only the provider never showed for the appointment. When i went to rebook another visit and try to get a different provider it only selected the provider that never showed and i did not want to be seen by someone who cant bother to show up! Frustrating beyond words! Update to Fridays response: have not been contacted as of yet. Via app they said they sent my issue to their clinical team and said i would be helped soon. But it’s been 4 days and i am running out of medication. I am having to use an older vial that had extra left over. Not to mention, in their notes the support person stated i missed the appointment! Which is untrue. My appointment was at 7:30 and i was there at 7:25 and waited until 7:40 when their site prompted me with “you have been waiting more then 10 minutes do you want to keep waiting or contact support”. Update 2: They banned me. Deleted all my medication prescriptions from my account so I cant even see them and go to another site. No one reached out, no one called me. Just what they decided on their own without any conversations. Update 3: They are now saying they cancelled my cancellation and refund as they see me was previously prescribed a compound without b12, you know literally what i have told them a dozen times. But once they told me my prescription was cancelled and i would be refunded the amount remaining, i already switched to a different company. This company is literally insane. This tells me they read literally none of what i sent support, they rely on AI review and response almost 95%, and they do not care about your health. Literally the worst.
