I told them after 3 months I didnt feel the medication was working. They didn't mention id have to cancel a subscription so when they charged my card and it didnt go through they insisted I had to pay the $500+ for the next 3 months without receiving medication and I was not able to switch medications until this was paid. I left and will never come back to this company. Also delivery was terrible. They left my medication outside without notification it was here in 115°f weather. Told me it was safe to use and when I got sick they said it definitely wasn't from that.

I placed my order and still am waiting on the medication. I signed up and completed payment on September 9, and immediately reviewed a prescription for anti nausea medication, but no information on the actual glp1. On 9/15 I got a message asking that I mark the GLP1 medication received, and it has still not been processed and there is no tracking. They keep asking me to just be patient and there is no actual people you can talk to. I requested a refund as asking me to mark medication received that their records clearly show had yet to be processed and shipped, is a fraudulent business practice. I went with this company based on reviews and have since learned that I should’ve done more research as I’m now out $700 and no medication. They refuse to refund based on their terms and conditions.

Folks save your money. I started Fridays in February the lack of customer service is horrible. Was billed over 800 dollars for a 3 month subscription and was told I could not get my refill because the next billing cycle had come. It took 1 week for billing to call me back. I referred so many people because outside of the lack of customer service, the app was great and the additional access to the community were a great addition. I am very disappointed and will be reporting this to the BBB.

WOULD MAKE IT ZERO IF I COULD. I paid for three months and NEVER received the meds. The first box in the subscription was just a box of needles, nothing else. They have YET TO MAKE IT RIGHT and that was 7/1/2026. They said to reach out and all I got was AI generated bullsh*t. Don’t waste your time on this company.

Whatever you do, please do not use this company. There are much better companies or MedSpa where you can get cheaper with GLP or other injectable drugs with better customer service. I purchased GLP through them for three months. Requested that my subscription be canceled. After I received the three months of GLP. Then they charge me another $495 after I requested for it to be canceled. I sent them an email and they told me unfortunately it cannot be canceled or refund it. Save yourself $1000

You must be absolutely diligent about fulfilling your prescription in time OR canceling. The terms and conditions state that you must get your refill done within the billing timeframe otherwise you forfeit your prescription while STILL being charged for it. I didn't have a good experience with Fridays, and I wouldn't recommend them.
