I have been with Found for just under a year. They are very communicative and answer any questions and concerns you may have. I have gone from 220 to 183 so far and feeling great!

My provider went out of their way to appeal my insurance denial for coverage. I have been on Mounjaro for 6 months. I changed employment and I have new insurance. Then the new company denied coverage. It was very stressful for me. I am 58 years old. I started at 210 and I am at 175 now. None of dieting/fasting worked for 25+ years. I am not at goal weight. But I am so thankful. If you are considering Found, I recommend highly. Thank you Found and my provider. She’s awesome.

Dr. April Madu took the time to review my extensive health history, listen to my concerns, and help create a path forward. I appreciate Found Health for connecting me with her. Although I have maintained a healthy lifestyle for most of my life—staying active, eating nutrient-dense whole foods, living gluten-free and lactose-free, and working with integrative nutrition support—I have struggled off and on since 2017 with gynecological and hormonal issues, bloating, nutrient deficiencies, food sensitivities, inflammation, and sudden weight changes of 15–20 pounds. Over time, the weight has continued to increase annually, affecting my balance, joints, inflammation levels, and overall quality of life. For me, inflammation has been one of the biggest concerns. When it returns, it can affect my body quickly and severely, contributing to bronchitis, joint inflammation, and even life-threatening larynx spasms. I have also experienced the loss of organs through unexpected surgeries, which improved my quality of life in some ways but left me even more committed to understanding my body and getting my health fully back. Dr. Madu was compassionate, thorough, and understanding. I appreciated learning that our biological set point can be affected by medications, changes in the body, genetics, hormones, and other health factors. I also appreciate that Found Health looks at what may be best for each person’s body rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. I do not recognize the “sick” or “overweight” version of myself, and I do not want to settle for the complications that come with it. My goal is to work integratively with physicians, feel well again, reduce inflammation, protect my joints and overall health, and maintain progress long term—not just improve temporarily and then struggle again. I am grateful for Dr. Madu’s guidance and hopeful about the progress ahead. Feeling healthy is my main goal, and looking well again will be a welcome benefit.
